Lucky Dog Daycare Lisle, Illinois

We brought our dog there for 1st time. They did a great job with her. Called to let us know how she was doing which I thought was great. So if ever you need a doggie daycare i recommend these fine people great job and thank you.

Rick is just phenomenal! We dropped our dog off for a temperament test and we’re very pleased with the customer service and attention to detail Rick took with us and rosebud! We will 100% bring her back for daycare!

This is the spot to trust for your pup! Went out of town for a few days and dropped our dog off here for his "dogcation", he didn't even wanna leave when we picked him up! The staff is friendly and most importantly they're all great with our pup. Thanks Rick!

Truly LUCKY to have a Daycare like Lucky Dog~!

Avoid this business. They are not willing to take liability of incidents that occur on their premises during their dogsitting. If your dog is injured they do not take accountability. This is not the way business law works in Illinois and is not a good way to treat your clients. Any wise dog owner should understand that this is a huge red flag. Our dog had in an incident at lucky dog during their care and they said it was our fault. Stay away from this amature hour place.

Lucky Dog Daycare is top notch! The current staff is the best, from the manager to the owners and kennel attendants . They truly care for and love the dogs that are in their care. If you want a place to take your dog to have fun and be loved this is the spot. A +++++++++ . I stand with and behind Lucky Dog Daycare and Boarding.

I am SO thankful for the staff at Lucky Dog! I moved out of state but visit family in IL often. My poor pups had terrible separation anxiety when I would leave them home, even with a sitter, and I missed them too. A friend recommended bringing them with me and boarding them at LD. Doing so, I could see them whenever I wanted while in IL and they would get a vacay too. They love car rides so I thought why not? They LOVE it! They love the staff, they love playing with the other dogs, and I am not stressed that their needs aren't being met while I am out of town. (I'm kind of a helicopter Mom, my child uses my gmail). This place is the best, you can tell how much they genuinely love your dogs, they are very accommodating, and I WISH we had a Lucky Dog closer to where we live!

This place rocks!!! I am very crazy about my dog and they not only made me feel comfortable. My dog, Silvio fell in love! The staff are extremely friendly and caring. They keep me posted on how he is doing. Rick is awesome and very helpful with our current training. I can not recommend this place enough and wish we could bring Silvio in more often! Thank you Lucky dog!!!

I am currently an employee at Lucky Dog Daycare and would highly recommend our facility to every dog owner! As a dog owner and lover, I would bring her to Lucky Dog in a heartbeat and know that she is getting the best care around-- from the wranglers to the office staff. We love our Lucky Dog customers and their dogs like they are our own and I love seeing them both every day!

Have been using Lucky Dog for years as I travel alot for work. They are like family to me and Miller (yellow lab) enjoys his stays there. The staff are friendly and always willing to accommodate.

My two dogs love Lucky Dog! We have been taking our dogs here for years and really have no desire to look anywhere else for daycare or boarding. I feel like they care for our dogs like they are their own, and my dogs start going crazy when we pull into the parking lot because they are so excited. I have had zero negative experiences with Lucky Dog and will continue to recommend them to anyone in the area.

I’ve been to a few different doggy daycares, and I highly recommend Lucky Dog as the best! All of the staff that work there are great with dogs! The manager there is very friendly and personable, after talking with him he really understands dog behavior and i already felt more comfortable leaving my dog Layla there to play! I love how they post pictures everyday on social media, you can tell that all of the dogs there are very happy and content!

Lucky dog is amazing. Never needed another daycare/kennel for either of our two dogs. We’ve been bringing our golden there for 2 years and our blue heeler mix for 6 months. The staff is fantastic and the manager (Rick) goes out of his way to make sure any and all needs are met while providing top notch customer service. Corinne is a fantastic in-house groomer! The dogs love it so much they start wagging their tails as soon as we turn the corner and always leave exhausted. We highly recommend Lucky Dog for any and all of your daycare/boarding/grooming needs!

Lucky Dog is an amazing place for any dog and I highly recommend it for yours. The manager Rick, and his staff, are excellent- organized,loving,responsible,flexible AND they understand dogs different personalities, keeping them occupied and happy all day!! I love Lucky Dog! They do such a wonderful job every time. Actually, my dog boarded overnight for that said wedding, as I attended on 9/5/20. It was the most responsible wedding I’ve been to, given this unprecedented times. They gave each guest the option for wristbands depending on their comfort level (green-ok to hug, yellow- elbow bump, red-6ft and dinner served plated vs buffet style). Oh and did I mention, every single person in attendance did not catch COVID, imagine that?! It’s sad that employees that are let go try to bring down good businesses. Get a life Karen! And Lucky Dog, keep doing you, you guys are amazing!

My dog has attended Lucky Dog for five years . It is a very clean, well run facility. My dog cries as we get closer, she is getting excited to get to Lucky Dog. My dog comes home tired and happy. Thanks, Lucky Dog!

Our dog seemed happy after being boarded here, they took good care of him. We were able to check on him and see pictures of him on Facebook while we were away.

I take my dog here 3 times a year for basic cleaning. Washing, trimming, oral care, they do it all. I recommend them to all.

My Great Dane has attended lucky dog for a few years and knows when we are en route to the place, always excited...he loves the staff. He is also terrified of having his nails trimmed and we do this here with the groomer as he trusts everyone here...

Marlow loves going to Lucky Dog to play with his friends. We have been using Lucky Dog for 3 years. The staff is fantastic! They greet us with a smile every time! They go the extra mile to make sure the vaccines are up to date for all of their daycare dogs and boarders.

the place smelt horrible, and the employees look trashy. It was the most expensive place around lisle for boarding (even more than most places in the city). Who in their right mind would pay 90 a night for two dogs, to sleep in a cage on top of other dogs? The dogs are not seperated for play time, which is very very dangerous for small dogs. I wouldn't let this place care for a pet fish!

I've been taking my dog to Lucky Dog a few days a week for about 3 years. She gets so excited when I tell her we're going to Lucky Dog. She loves the staff and looks forward to her treat as she leaves in the evening. They post day care pics on Facebook so owners can see their pups having a great time! Everyday she goes to daycare she gives the staff a smile, seriously. They always say, "Josie smiles!" Yes, she does and so do I when I know how well she is being cared for at Lucky Dog!

Just stating the facts. My dog went in for the 2 hour evaluation and he did fine. The next day I boarded him at Lucky Dog for 4 days and when I picked him up he had a decent sized scratch on his nose, bad diarhea, eye discharge that turned into an infection and they said he tore open his food bag because they left it on top of his cage. I have another trip planned and asked a friend to watch my dog because I do not feel comfortable leaving him with another boarding facility. Just saying
