Took my puppy there for grooming after good reviews from neighbors. I wasn't sure how she'd do as she can be nervous. Sondra did a wonderful job with her. She looks beautiful, seemed happy and well cared for. Thank you! Puppy Love!

My dog does NOT like the groomers. He always comes back traumatized (we took him to the big chain places and there have been times where they would have him for 4+ hours). I was recommended by a friend to come here and it is such a pleasant experience. I have never had to wait 2 hours for him to get done (which is very impressive since he’s a big dog) and the customer service is excellent. And their pricing is better than anywhere I’ve gone before. My dog loves the groomers and every time I pick him up he’s wagging his tail. They are so gentle with him snd take such good care of him! I would recommend this place to anyone!! They’re the BEST

Great service. Sondra is wonderful! My German Shepherd gets the works there and even a temp die on her tail. She always feels like a puppy when they wash her with the deshedding wash. My dog is aggressive towards other dogs and they do a great job of keeping others safe.

Horrible customer service very rude . They were not helpful my dad had an appointment for his dog to get grooming done . We get there and are told appointment is for next week but he was told this week . Our dog got upset when we told him he wasn't getting his grooming done . Found another place to take him . Don't take your pet here very rude if they treat the customers like that imagine how they take care of your pet. Like i would ever take my dog back to this place there are plenty of other grooming services with better customer service.

I was canceled on an hour before my appointment. I do understand that things come up and if a groomer is out then people need rescheduled but I was told I could not have any priority in rescheduling and that they were booked out for weeks in advance (which I know, I booked weeks ago). Would not recommend.

I love Sondra a lot I trust my dogs to her100 per cent, she is gentle and love all the dogs that come to her...she always make a great job grooming and treating the dogs with love and listen to customer request, I have bring my dogs to her for so many years.... lucky for her her business have grown over the years, and is not the same, now is hard to find app at our convenience, I m sorry but I just don’t trust the rest of your staff, and a couple of the groomers, the guy bathing the dogs. Give me a bad vibe, I have notice them been a little rough and impatient with dogs! Sorry Sondra, I love u and ur work a lot but sadly I have to go somewhere else for this reason. I just don’t want no one treat my dogs Not even slightly bad, I though about bathing my dogs first and then bring them to you because I trust you but! I don’t have time, and that feeling just makes me uncomfortable my dogs are my babies, wish you the best always!

They give a great cut for our dog and a very quick with turn around time.

When my dog came back from getting groomed she had a nick on the back of her leg. Her ears were very choppy, wasn’t sure if they just weren’t familiar with this particular breed.

The owner is almost always there, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Other staff is as well. Very fair prices and great value! Will definitely be going back again and again!

Been taking our dogs here for years. They never come home stressed. Staff treats the dogs like they were theirs especially June! Our dogs are actually happy to see her when we take them there. Reasonable prices with great results. Recommend them highly

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! we have been taking our sweet Layla here for the past 5 years. We love it so much, we travel over 30 min to get there. Layla is always so excited to see Ms. June and get a bath, cut, and lots of Love. They are always quick to answer our calls and it's never been an issue getting an appt. We love that they can be done in just a couple of hours, and Layla does not need to be in a crate waiting her turn. HIGHLY recommend. Thanks to the puppy love team for treating our fur baby so well.

I have been taking my dog to June at Puppy Love for over 3 years and absolutely love her kindness and care for my dog. My dog suffers from anxiety and usually does not take well to groomers. June is the exception. She smothers her with love and knows how to calm her. Highly recommend June at Puppy Love.

The owner and groomer, Sondra Marolda is awesome! I have been following her since before she owned her own salon. My pup was about 2 at the time and now he is 12.5. I used to live that way but now live in Chicago and I always come to Puppy Love for Ziggy’s grooms! Sondra is well worth the drive. Her lead groomer, June, is wonderful too!

This is a great place for grooming, nails, the whole works. I have a big black lab and he comes back looking quite handsome.

The groomer here cut my dog on his stomach with a rather deep cut, about a half-inch in length. I could be understanding about accidents happening, but I wasn't even told about this when I picked up my dog. I find it hard to believe it was not noticed, as the cut had clearly bled, and I'm sure he would have yelped or reacted to the pain when it happened. If I was simply told and offered an apology at the time of picking him up, I would be willing to try this place again. But now, I'll never go back. I called to tell them what I discovered and asked if they knew, but was given a response that didn't seem genuine. I really don't like to leave a negative review, but this incident was overall inexcusable. I don't want any compensation or anything like that. I just really would like to not have my dog injured... And if there's an accident, you have to tell me! Do an inspection of your work when you're done and/or be honest when an accident happens. I don't expect perfection. I do expect integrity.

I recommend Puppy Love Pet Grooming. I have been taking my yorkie-poo here for about four years. June is always very welcoming to my dog, and my dog looks and smells great after. They are always flexible about appointments and get her in and out quickly. Always a great experience and the bows stay on for weeks!

I've been taking my Beagle here for the past 5 years. Absolutely love them! He's always happy to see everyone there, but especially June! He just loves her. Sondra is so pleasant and friendly and always squeezes him in at short notice. He always comes out looking like a little prince. Highly recommend them. Wouldn't take my little guy anywhere else!

We had had our bichon groomed at Puppy Love for many years until he passed away in 2017. We recently acquired a new puppy (bichonpoo). She got her first haircut at Puppy Love today and she looks AMAZING! Everyone is so kind to her and their haircuts are perfect. We love Puppy Love!

Absolutely terrible. The minute I walked in there I got a weird vibe. Asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I showed them a picture. “That cut will not work”. An employee came up to my dog and the lady said “do you want to take a look at your dog”... while shaking her head.... I left my dog there and turned right back around to go pick him up... do not recommend. I was able to take my business elsewhere. There is simply a right way to talk to your customer who is going to trust you taking care of their dog. Also if you read the reviews like I should have you can see the horrible experiences people have had. Glad I did not leave my dog there.

We’ve been taking our two dogs to Puppy Love for over 5 years. The name says it all. June treats our dogs like family (in a good way...ha!) and always makes me feel like I’m leaving them in good, caring hands. She’s also a wealth of information about dogs - their behavior and care- which she happily shares. She tipped me off to a budding ear infection in one of my dogs. I took the dog to the vet and she was right! They’re also great about flexibility with pickup and have catered to my unpredictable schedule on more than one occasion. I recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who cares!

As a family we cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Puppy Love Grooming. Our cockapoo has been in the gentle care of June for about 5 years. He is accustomed to a low key home and life style, and June picked up on this immediately - offering customized mild services that are both effective and soothing. It has been gratifying to see our little guy wagging his tail when arriving for services, suggesting that both he and his family have made an excellent choice in trusting June and her colleagues with his care. As our pup continues to age, we realize what a blessing it is to know he has been so dearly accommodated by June who will long remain a sweet spot in our lives. -So much appreciated!

Charlie's haircut is always perfect and he looks so handsome. June always has time to squeeze him in at the last minute and is so kind and nice. Best grooming experience in 8 years. We took our two westies to Puppy Love and was surprised to see the grooming being done right in the front of the place. Sondra was so calm and reassuring with our nervous dogs. When we picked them up the pups were so white and so happy, not totally stressed out like in the past at other places. Even our one disabled guy was groomed with loving care. Thank you Puppy Love for your skill and care! Will return soon.
