I took my dog for the first time here hoping to find a nice dog grooming service. It started out nice when I dropped him off but when I went to pick him up they wanted to charge me $55 . $5 more than they quoted me on the phone for the type of dog I noted on the phone . Then they charged me $2.00 for using my debit card . It only took them less than an hour for the full service. They told me it would be about 2 hours which is normal . I asked them how they got him bathed and trimmed and nailed done in less than an hour she said we have help well even with help you need to take the time in bathing and everything else . When I got him home I noticed his paws were not done underneath well there was all kinds of fur still hanging out and around his eyes were not the same . One was longer than the other. I do not recommend this place to anyone. First of all the poor dog being rushed through all of this :-( they did not take there time and for $55 . Crazy !

I have a rescue named Joey, and I don’t know his background; however, I know he didn’t have a good beginning in his life. He can be frightened easily. I bring him here for his nails, as no other place is as patient, careful, and caring. ???? ????Cathy Elliott (lol my real name).

I have been a customer for a long time. Kathy and her crew do a great job and have been doing so for a long time with all of my dogs!

Have to admit ... I originally had booked a grooming for Lucky at a dif establishment. But after they cancelled on me twice (day before our vacay) I randomly found the faB Classy (literally!) Critters n Kathy was a life saver! squeezed us in for a grooming. I appreciate the tenderness as Lucky has had traumatic past grooming experiences. Will def be back to visit !!! ????????????????

Called right when they opened to see if they could squeeze in our two yorkies that day and they did, even though they were really busy. Dropped them off and the owner was so darling. The yorkies look and smell great! They were done in great time too. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my aussie here! An overall wonderful dog groomer & experience.

Excellent service. My senior english bulldog typically does not sit well for nail trims. This shop and the techs are truly 5 stars as they can deal w the dog being a little agitated. Justine I believe was the tech that has done both nail trims and as far as I am concerned we will be staying w Justine and all the great people at Classy Critters, Inc.

I can't say enough about the amazing job they did on my fur baby. I love the open cubicles they have for the fur babies. My little guy looks so amazing, I love the way he was groomed. If you are looking for a great place to take your fur baby, look no further...

Amazing groomer, great service, couldn't be more satisfied!

This is the groomer to my dogs. She does a good job. There are no cages just a bench with divders the dogs prefer this. She has been in Lake Zurich a long time. She has walk in nail trims. She sells collars, leashes, some winter coats, some toys. She is closed on Su / Mon. Convinent location on Old Rand Rd. near RR tracks and Rt 22.

Call before you go. We went over at 3:10 PM and the doors were closed even though it says open until 4 PM.
