The person who helped us was really nice, and while we were getting our stuff checked out by the same person, they started asking about our dog, so it wasn't silently awkward. And they had exactly what we had been looking for.

The night I was there buying fish I didn't need I came across the nicest staff even though they were super understaffed for that night! Wish I was better with names but even a off duty employee helped out her team! Manager was extremely nice and helpful as well ???? in hopes those workers get a Cookie for this... I was there on 1/29/22 at 6:45pm

writing this review for my boyfriend andrew who goes in weekly to see bill! was referred to pet supplies from a coworker, so grateful to have met bill, the manager of pet supplies. he taught me so much about the differences between pet food and what to look for in quality brands. him and his staff make this pet supply shop better than any pet shop within a 50 mile radius. NOT TO MENTION their prices are unbeatable.

I love bringing my business to Pet Supplies Plus. They carry the food I need for my dog, they always greet me with a nice 'hello" and a smile.

Their fish tanks need a lot of work tons of dead fish tanks are in bad shape dirty...walked in looked at the fish said wow.. Walked out..Never seem them this bad.

Staff is very helpful and friendly! Love the dog wash! Always clean! Grooming is also 5 stars, my dog loves going there, and my dog doesn't like anybody or anything......Keep up the great work LITH!!!

Great customer service! My dog has allergies so we had an allergy test done and have been going crazy trying to find food that is ok for her to eat. Bill was extremely helpful and courteous taking a lot of time making sure we we able to find the right food for our pup. Thank you!

I have attempted to give this branch multiple chances, however after the third time of losing my pets paperwork and mis-scheduling appointments that I myself made, I think it’s time more people hear about this.

I ordered online and set up a recurring home delivery for the first time. It was easy, fast and reliable thus far. Until now I’ve been ordering for curbside pickup for my dogs’ 47 lbs of food on a regular basis. The employees were extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you for making my hectic life a bit easier!

You won’t find friendlier or more knowledgeable staff. Store is always stocked up and very clean. Grooming staff is excellent, too. It’s the only place we go for our pet stuff!
