Dr Beyers and all his staff go above and beyond. We have been with them over 10 year’s. There quote is ( we treat your pets like family) is absolutely true! Our hearts are full of love and appreciation for them. We lost our GS suddenly and Dr. Beyers and his staff tried there best to care for our Natasha. Dr. even sent us a sympathy card he wrote himself with heartfelt sentiments about Natasha. They are the best and truly love and care. If you want best team go to VCA Joliet. You will not regret it.

I had to reorder my dog’s Rx. It was quick, easy and convenient. The staff is friendly. But do we really still have to do car side only?

I don't like them I won't be using them in the near future for my pets cause can't get a straight answer from the higher ups there about back payments that I had so I don't go into collections so know I have to call care club to find answers there which I owe nothing so I'm glad about that I would not recommend anyone for there business cause the piss poor Management so if you choose to use them well good luck on that .

Love the Doctor and staff they explained what they have to do to pet and what medicine they need and the don't charge you until they are sure you know how much you will be billed and if you can't afford it ask for payment plan .

I wouldn't trust anyone else with the wellbeing of my dog.

The staff is always friendly and thoroughly explains visits. They have decent prices as well.

Quick to make an appointment. Friendly staff. Drs are always helpful. They do everything to help keep cost low. Been bringing pets here since i was kid and will continue to do so

Everyone was extremely professional and friendly except the RECEPTIONIST. When I made the appointment for my pet she was very SNOTTY and RUDE. Other wise everyone was nice and very informative.

I was nervous about bringing my puppy here bcuz of the last vet ..the vet was nice and explained everything to me about all pros and cons what was going on..im definitely going back as a regular customer..they are very attentive to both the pet and owner excellent customer service they really care about you and your pet

I go there for my kittens and Cheri is the absolute best! She is so helpful with getting appointments and understanding what shots and treatments they need and pricing, she's a godsend. My pets are well taken care of and I'm so glad I'm with this animal hospital!

I took my 3 month old kitten in because the reviews looked good. She was urinating blood and mucus, loosing weight and lethargic. An x-ray showed that she had a blatter stone the size of a quarter. Blatter stones in a kitten are rare and everyone was out of their element with this one. But rather than doing a little work and research the vet told me that she will always have bladder stones and the best option is to euthanize. They talked down anything else that I could try saying that that won't help because... I took her to another vet and was given a lot of options. She ultimately had to have surgery to remove it but she is 15 months old now and happy and healthy and stone free still! I will never take my animals back to "Dr Death" as the vet is known in my house. When putting a kitten down is a vet's first suggestion, they don't deserve my trust, money or respect.

Great staff. Awesome vet. Dr. Breyer is very nice and great at explaining everything. He's cute too, so thats a plus. Lol. I definitely recommend VCA joliet.

Receptionist on the phone is rude.

I took my dog to see what was wrong with her my little chihuahua. Did blood work and xray. Coat me almost 400 dollars for them to tell me nothing is wrong with her and now I have to put her down. I still don't know what's wrong with her. Thanks VCA Joliet for nothing.
