I loved taking both of my dogs here until the Old Lady starting grooming my dogs. She never can get it right. Either she cuts them too short, leaves them too long, leaves the ears uneven, and just hacks them by being cut choppy. My husband complained to her and she told him to find another groomer. I would never recommend to have your dogs cuts there especially the Old Lady who claims she is one of the owners. Also another point is that you can never reach them by phone. You leave a message and it takes them sometimes a week to get back to you.

Used them for years..but recent grooming was a mess. Inconsistent trims, some areas skipped over entirely, others almost shaved! Called to try to fix and employee was argumentative and hung up on me. Cannot explain the experience or the attitude. Lots of other choices out there.

i have used them for the last 3 or 4 years and was always happy with the work they did and the price was reasonable. The last 2 groomings my dog has had have been less than acceptable and the most recent one, today, is a complete disaster. Today i get a call from the groomer, telling me the coat needs much more attention and that the fee is now $200.00 as opposed to the normal $100.00 and the dog will need a follow up visit in a week for an additional $100.00. This call came midway during the grooming process. They didn't spend any more time than normal grooming the dog just charged twice as much for 1/2 the job. I don't understand why this has changed the last 2 times i have taken him there its the same dog.

It says they’re hours are from 9-5 Tuesday-Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday. Every time I call their phone, they don’t answer. At this point, I’m not even understanding why they have a phone in the first place. I went up there one day and they told me to do it by appointment via phone because they were booked for that day, but you can’t even answer your phone? The answering machine says if they don’t answer, it’s because they’re assisting other customers, but how else can I make an appointment??? This establishment is unprofessional. How can you have a business without meeting your business needs?? I need answers...

I have a sweet Pug and a very ill tempered Rat Terrier. Everyone is so sweet and kind to my nervous nelly. I have been all over, and now that I found PP, never going anywhere else.

I’ve been taking Ziggy to Pampered pups ever since I got him. He’s now 3 years old and LOVES going to the “spa” while I go run errands. I’ve always been satisfied with his hair cuts and will continue to tell my friends to take their dogs to pampered pups. I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin and always make sure to schedule an appointment when I’m visiting my home town. So much love for this place and the people who work there! -The Ibarra Family

I have been taking my dogs here since they opened. I had a golden that had hot spots and allergies and they were wonderful in trimming out the areas, using products that helped his dry skin and keeping his hair trimmed and knot free. I have a black lab now and they treat him like royalty. He loves going there. They are also very accommodating on last minute appointments.

The people who run this place are an amazing group. I took my dog, Izzie, there to get her groomed because it was close. This was over a year ago and I still bring her back because not only is the price right, but I just love they way they groom her, I love that they are AKC certified as humane groomers and the people are, in a word, WONDERFUL! As long as they are there, I will continue to bring Izzie here for her “spa day”.

Ignore the star rating - just an FYI they don't accept dogs over the age of 8, since its not listed in any reviews or on their website.

First time coming here very friendly and reasonably priced will definitely be bringing Milo back.

I have 3 dogs. One is 11 and completely blind. He's also 75lbs. This is the ONLY place I ever take my dogs. They go above and beyond to make the experience stress free for my dogs and are amazing at handling a blind, senior dog. I can't recommend them enough!

Blanca loved her bath. Jessica is amazing and did a great job on Blanca. Jessica is patient and a true dog lover. It's obvious in all her interactions and care for your pet! The other ladies are also very friendly and helped make the experience good.

They are so nice here, nice a lil help with dog trim ideas and I wish they had better hours of service.

Last week was my first time taking my 128 pound pitbull there and they did a wonderful job on him. Im just not used to paying $55 dollars for a bath,nail trim,file. But I called and was put in the same day. So SUPER CONVENIENT!! Staff was really nice AND always calls me back unlike several local groomers. My dog has allergies and irritations to his skin and they made sure to use the best stuff. Highly recommended. Do your research. Not all groomers are animal lovers

I have been bringing my dog there. He always look like they take time with him, he looks great after he's groomed. The staff is very professional in what they do. I have told my friends about Pampered Pups, and they were very pleased how there dog was groomed.

The staff is so friendly. They took such goid care of Xeven and Misha my German Shepherds. They both got bubble baths and nails done. Would highly recommend them .
