Dr Mark and his staff are wonderful and knowledgeable for the care of my rabbits and dog! As a first time dog owner, they have been patient and helpful answering all my questions!

Receptionist very rude and not knowledgeable. I simply needed advice about anxiety drops for my small dog. Asked for a call before I left on vacation and did not get one until after my return. I would think after being a customer for YEARS, someone could have given a little input over the phone regardless if they had not been seen in a year, due to covid.

The woman Vet is very judgemental if you have a Pitt or a mix breed of a Pitt ... It is the only breed she will make you muzzle . The worst customer service / bedside manner ...

These veterinarians are awesome! They give my pet rats lots of love and you can tell they are truly there for the animals.

My baby was wiped out after his yearly well puppy visit and vaccines and labs and nail clipping. They did a good job as usual. He doesn't enjoy going lol it is necessary tho! We been here for many years. No complaints. So glad they cut his nails short enough this time as asked. Awesome med tech and nice reception staff

They're so caring & attentive! Our dogs love them, (even our little rescue dog that acts like he hates everyone, but us. Lol)

So this week I had to make the decision to put my 13 year old black lab down. This was my first time having to decide whether or not it was time to let a pet go. I thank everyone at Mt Zion, from reception, to the tech, to the Dr for being amazing, and helping me to make the best choice for Jagger and for being so amazing during the entire process. I am grateful I was able to be there, and that they were so supportive. I would recommend them for all your pet's needs!!!

Seriously amazing vets. Brought my bunny Captain here. He was very sick with either Pastuerella or E. Cuniculli. The Dr gave me treatment for both at an affordable price compared to most exotic vets I’ve been to. Unfortunately, my bun wasn’t strong enough to fight this off, but this team made me feel so loved in this very hard moment. It definitely shows how much they cared about my Captain and I. Thank you guys so much for doing everything you could and going above and beyond to help me and my baby.

For many years I have rated them 5 stars but in the past year or so things have started to drastically change. Other than Dr Nelson and his wife my dogs have never been able keep the same doctor for longer than two visits so there is never consistent treatment. But my biggest issues is the astronomical prices they are now charging!! $18 for a dog nail trim!?!? $49 for a follow up visit!?! I will be looking for a new vet soon. I hate to leave because the staff is so nice and know my animals but I no longer can afford these prices.

The doctors are amazing! The staff is very confused when it comes to scheduling and tends to be rude. If you have some patience to deal with getting scheduled you will be very pleased with the Nelson (husband and wife) vets

I brought Cobra to get his pre- surgery exam. He felt comfortable on their sink. Nice staff. Reasonable prices.

Very knowledgeable and professional. They gave background on any issues found with my dogs and gave realistic timelines of when things should be done. During covid-19 they will come out to your car to get your pet & bring them back out when they're done. I highly recommend Mt Zion Small Animal Clinic to any friends or family who are looking for a vet
