Eastside Pet Clinic Iowa City, Illinois

Eastside Pet Clinic is a great place to take your cat or dog (and maybe other animals; unsure what other animals they support). My family and I have been using them for years and I can’t say enough great things. I particularly appreciate the fact that they stay open during COVID, with a strict curbside-only policy that actually is way faster than being inside with your pet. Dr L. Sullivan and her crew are great, and if you need something that they can’t do they have an affiliated set of clinics you can go to if they’re out of a medication or something. Plus they have a cute snowman they just made out of styrofoam cooler boxes from their medical shipments in Fall 2021 to really help people remember it’s curbside only again due to another COVID surge. They were 5 stars in 2019, and they remain so in 2021.

Friendly staff that genuinely care about the well being of my dog. They have helped me so much with my puppy. Prices are reasonable especially for the service they provide. Highly reccomend!

I miss actually getting to be able to come into the clinic for appointments.We had a well check today and it's hard to remember all the questions I have when I can't actually see the vet in person.But the appointment was quick and I'm overall happy with this clinic.

Great vets office, can usually get you in quickly

Dr. Sullivan is a wonderful veterinarian - intelligent, professional, kind, and patient. She has taken great care of my two cats and was as thoughtful and thorough and nice as could be when I had to have one of them (a beloved 17 year-old) put to sleep.

I needed a quick appointment for my kitten and they squeezed me in for a drop off appointment!

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Sullivan and her clinic staff. Have been taking our pets here for 6 years.

The vets at Eastside Pet Clinic were so proficient in putting my dog at ease, that she didn’t feel any kind of worry whenever she had to come in to be seen. The receptionists were always friendly, giving her treats after she was weighted. They also never hesitated in providing information via email whenever I needed proof of shots. Very friendly and efficient clinic.

Very gentle and loving to the animals. Like all vet clinic in area, little pricey.

Dr. Lindsey Sullivan is patient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She is as good with anxious dogs as she is with frail elderly felines. She always explains her observations and takes the time to help us reason through how to approach a problem. She is also good at considering how cost affects treatments. We've had several good conversations about quality of life care for senior animals, and she is very compassionate when administering euthanasia. I can't recommend Dr. Sullivan enough. I've met one of the other vets at this practice and it was a positive experience. The vet techs and support staff have also been calm and knowledgeable. I have had a few wires crossed with getting messages to Dr. Sullivan, but accept this as the price of a busy clinic with a high volume of calls and appointments.

I've been going here for years. They are always so good about getting me in and working with my schedule. The vets are amazing and take great care of both my cat and dog. They do not pressure me into buying certain products or do unnecessary tests. I trust them completely with my animals.

The veterinarian is really good but the staff talks smack to me like I don’t know how to train a dog just because he gets excited and nervous when he goes there .

Dr. Sullivan is simply amazing, as are the rest of the staff we have encountered. Yesterday our cat landed a blow and scratched Dr. Sullivan's eye and nose pretty badly. She handled it with patience, understanding and grace; while continuing to provide top notch care for our furry little maniac. I simply cannot say enough good things about the clinic and its staff.
