Doctor was honest even though outcome is not what you wanted he told the truth. Doctor didn't lie and told me what was best for my dog.

I was so happy with Allie's outcomes with her left TPLO. When she injured her right CCL, I called VOC immediately and made an appointment because I know she'll be well taken care of. Dr. Gendreau and staff have been amazing both times Allie had surgery. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care that was given to Allie!

The staff was wonderful and Dr. Gendreau was great. I had question about the surgery and being that I was from out of town he explained the issue and checked Raider again to ensure the surgery was needed. Rander couldn't have been in better hands! Taking the time to verify the findings and if surgery was needed.

Our dog had an unexpected fracture when she slipped down some steps. VOC had very friendly staff, and Dr. Gendreau was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. He sent us pictures of the before & after radiographs of her surgery. It meant a lot to us that they were able to get us in so soon. We really appreciated the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff.

We took our small dog in for a rather complicated procedure and I am so happy with the results from his surgery. This is the place to go for orthopedic corrections. Dr. Gendreau and his staff are amazing! After going through a traumatic experience with our dog breaking his leg they were so helpful and quickly scheduled us for surgery. Everyone was so kind and I knew they truly cared about the well being of our dog and wanted to make sure he had a quick recovery. Professional, responsive and helpful - spent time during consult explaining the procedure, and the after-care, pick up and drop off for surgery were quick and so far pupper is doing great! Added us in and accommodated schedule

Professional and caring staff. I wasnt happy with our normal vet and nervous about getting a surgery there. I felt like i could trust them with out gizzy,they took great care of him!! The level of information was amazing and great communication between the staff. My dog wasnt scared walking back in to get his sutures removed,he was happy to see everyone.

If you have the time and patience this is absolutely the best place to take your animals too. Very reasonable

My boy is 13 years old and suffered a broken leg needing surgery. Veterinary Orthopedic Center took great care of him. They were kind and caring and called to check on him after. The Doc even gave me his cell number to call after hours in case i needed to. Know if you're taking your baby here, they are in great hands. Worth every penny.

We were very impressed with our experience at VOC. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor put us at ease, and we knew Julep was in good hands for her procedure. We loved that Dr. Gendreau took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and to answer our questions. And Kristin was great at talking us through the aftercare process.

This place care about our family pet

My bloodhound Molly broke her leg this winter. We waited to see if it would heal with a splint, but formed a non - union. I called and they took her in right away, performed surgery, and she made a full recovery. She is back to rollerblading, swiming, and hiking with the family. Thank you so much!

Dr. Gendreau and his staff are top-notch professionals who know their stuff! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! When my son's 6 month old black lab puppy was hit by a car near U of IL in Champaign on June 11th, her left leg was messed up with 4 breaks in it.All the vets in Champaign wanted to amputate, but we couldn't do that to a puppy who likes to run. Dr. Gendreau was confident he could operate on Lulu. Today we are 10 days post-op and she's already trying to run and keep up with her brother puppy, Ty. ❤

Very clean professional the Doctor knows his stuff and treated our dog very good. If your pet is scared like ours was they work with you and your pet and will come to the room so you and pet feel more comfortable.... like taking out stitches.... just an overall upbeat helpful place. I'm glad we decided on this veterinary care location as Dr. Saved our dogs leg from being amputated.
