Petco is a really nice store with a wide range of products. Petco would always match Chewy's price and now they don't. That would make me shop with you only when necessary.

Most animals sold in pet stores come from mass-breeding facilities called puppy mills, where they are denied socialization, exercise, and veterinary care. The puppies are typically taken from their mothers at an early age, packed into crates, and trucked or flown hundreds of miles to brokers and then to pet stores, often without adequate food, water, or ventilation. Some puppies don’t survive the grueling journey.

Abbey is a skilled groomer, great with dogs and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

I came about 15 minutes before closing , and I was very upset because they shut off all the lights ! I understand it was close to closing time but that is very unprofessional while I am actively looking in the store for someone to shut the lights off . I felt rushed and a total inconvenience. I had never been to that location before and I am not impressed after dealing with that! Ive never used the machine to make a dog tag and I was obviously struggling I was not asked for help and the cashier couldn’t even circle the code on the receipt so I knew was I was looking for and what to type in. I am very upset even days later about my experience.

On entering the salesperson at the cashiers desk asked if she could help me. I didn't know where the Temptation seafood flavor of hard nuggets were located and she immediately got up to help me find them. Unfortunately, there were none left on the shelf, but she offered the smaller container of Blue Bursts of the same flavor. That was an excellent alternative that I wouldn't have realized. I paid and left the store in a few minutes due to her excellent assistance.

Everyone is very nice - the dogs enjoyed it too

The grooming staff are phenomenal with dogs. We have a pit-something-or-other-rescue and literally everyone is sweet to her from the door to the bath to the register. Genuinely nice staff.

the people at Petco are always friendly and helpful. I like the idea that I can see and touch what I'm buying before I buy it. It's hard to decide if a dog bed is the right size while looking online. Also, I love that they have groomers there. I use the grooming services every other month. Reasonably priced and dog-loving groomers.

Loved that I could order what I needed online, get a discount and be able to pick it up already bagged and ready. Petco made that very easy and quick for me.

Ugh, your store is so frustrating to shop in. I used to purchase the Fancy Feast cans of food there at least every 2 weeks. Then you went all natural so, we ended up driving a little farther to get what are Cats (4) would eat. I stopped in your store to purchase water filters and an aquarium filter. I noticed that there some dry Cat food bags with OOPS on them and they were marked down by 50% so, I grabbed 2. However, (and this ALWAYS happens with your OOPS bags), the new price was not in the system and the clerk had to call a Manager to approve the override. This time I had no patience, it is COVID and there were customers behind me. I did not purchase the OOPS bags. If you mark something down, please make sure it is noted in your system. This has happened to me at Petco for years, it is NOT noted which delays me and your customers behind me. I shop at PetSmart, they make it easy.

They are a little pricey but will price match online prices. Very friendly staff.
