They take good care of our high anxiety dog

Not sure about them. Seem friendly but overpriced for only one test and there ad is mis informed or hard to understand. First visits are not free. At least for my baby. Said nothing was wrong well called next day said they still had symptoms no worries. Not so.

Always keeps me informed, treats my babies well, and makes me feel secure about their health. I love their Prevention Plans!

I love this vet and the staff. The care plans are great and they do all they can to help you and you fur babies! They really care and it shows!

They listen. My dog was spayed recently. No problems and no complications. They take time to make pets feel less anxious

I have a Goldendoodle puppy and I was nervous about where to go. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor and the assistants are great! They always answer any questions that I have and they have a plan that saves you a lot of money!

Wonderful visit, vet doctor know what their doing, our dog, Cooper and our cat Keke, get treated so well, Cooper wanted to go back in after the visit , 3 times.. lol

The vet, Dr Taylor, was fantastic. She was very concerned with our sick dog. She got down on the floor with her. She explained everything in detail and in easy to understand terms.

I’ve been taking my two pets to Banfield for a few years now. I’m docking one star as they scheduled an appointment for my cat without my knowledge or consent. I understand that a six month wellness visit is included in the premium wellness plan, but I shouldn’t be forced nor pressured into getting bloodwork done on my animal. Furthermore, to assume someone is free at a certain time or on a certain day is impolite. I docked another star for them being unable to cure my cat’s ear mite problem and providing contradicting information regarding her condition. It was two different veterinarians who provided the contradicting information, but I feel that they should be in agreement and better informed on the condition itself and my cat in general; very unprofessional and impersonal.

Still kind of new here. We have taken our dog here 3 times for vet visits and so far it seems great. They have convenient hours . All dealings with the vets have been great. You can really tell they have a passion for the animals. I will continue to use banfield animal hospital.

I’m a first time owner and upon acquiring my new puppy quickly realized he was sick. I called Banfield and they got me into an appointment within an hour. They were genuinely concerned for my pet and cared for him well. Not only that, but they went above and beyond in informing me, helping me stay calm, and explaining things simply. Highly recommend for first time owners!

This is an absolutely wonderful vet office! They obviously care about the animals before anything! I would 100% recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a vet! And in addition to providing great care they also offer the pet wellness plan, which is perfect for my accident prone dogs!

15 dollar disposal fee for a broken bloody toenail (yep, still have the bill)? really? I felt emotionally manipulated with almost two hundred dollar fee for a toe nail. But, I was such an emotional mess with the blood and such that I couldn't think well when I was there. It was later, when I could recover that I resented almost two hundred dollar for a bloody toenail. I will never go back. Had I never been such an emotional mess, I wouldn't have agreed to it (but with all their scary scenarios of what would happen if I didn't do this or that)...

I love this vet! We have been taking our cats here for over a year. Our older cat is in kidney failure and so we are in the office often (2+ times a month) buying IV fluids for her or seeing the vet for appointments. We have her on a wellness plan and it has saved us SO much money! I love being able to bring her in for free anytime we need to. The vets, techs and office staff are so sweet, caring and down to earth! HIGHLY recommend bringing your pets here.

When we got our new puppy we started with Banfield and bought the Wellness Plan. Each time we went in they tried to upsell additional services. I felt the focus was on making a sales quota not on the health of my puppy. When I finally needed to take the puppy in because he was sick they said they were too busy to see him. They said to call the OFallon office who said they were too busy too. Time for a new vet!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I will NEVER take my dog to a Banfield again. The entire staff is incompetent and try to hard sell you on products and services you don't need. They care more about their profits for the day, rather than the well-being of your pet. I took my dog to have a wound looked at and make sure it was healing properly. When the vet initially suggested pumping her full of medication I declined because she wasn't in any pain. After implying that I was a bad parent if I didn't give her the drugs, I agreed. My dog was so overly medicated that I had to drag, my normally hyperactive puppy, out of the store and carry her to the car. She got home and passed out in the doorway and didn't move for an hour. Since waking up, she has been sick an vomiting non-stop; all because of drugs I didn't want to give her in the first place. I will never put my dog at risk again visiting this place.
