After 8 great years of treating our Chet and Charlie, Dr. Christakos as well as the entire staff at Valley have provided excellent care for them. Recently my wife Mary and I now have two kittens each of which are receiving a very high standard of care.

Professional, caring, efficient, good listeners and good communicators. I'm very pleased with the care they have given our cats for over 15 years.

had a concern about the heath of my older dog, Ruth Wiechmann explained in full details what was going on, explained treatment options, and future steps to take for the health of Harley. Been seen several times here for several different animals in the past 10 yrs, wouldn't think of going anywhere else, or of a more professional staff.

Prior to our visit yesterday we have been very happy with this veterinarian. But that all changed after our experience with Dr. Ruth Wiechmann. The office as a whole is good but I definitely would make sure you are not scheduled with this Dr. Her ability to interact with large dogs is unacceptable. Additionally her communications skills with pet parents are sub par at best. Steer clear of Dr. Ruth.

The staff are professional and kind. Dr Ruth has been our veterinarian for more than 10 years. I have full confidence in her abilities and trust her judgment.

Valley is always responsive and communicative. One thing I love about them is that they will always call the next day to check in on our pup -whether he had a minor issue or a larger procedure done. We highly recommend Dr. Babler as he is not only great with our dog, but my husband and I when we showed up in a panic as new puppy parents. Most importantly, our dog has LOVED going to the vet. Hopefully that continues throughout his years!

Love Dr. Humphrey and all the staff there. Take their time to listen to me and explain their analysis about my dog. I know I can always call and get an appointment within a fairly small window.

We called Valley Animal Hospital because our 8+year old dog had a seizure and our Vet was unable to see us. They were willing to see us even though we were not their clients. Dr Babler was very pragmatic, answered all my questions and made our dog feel very comfortable. Dr. Babler followed up with a phone call to share results of blood test and suggestions of what we can do as we progress. Very positive experience for us and our pup after a very stressful event.

We love VAH!!! Dr Humphrey had always taken such good care of our pets and always takes time to make sure that we understand what we need to do to take good care of our pets! They have taken COVID seriously and have a good plan in place to keep everyone safe and healthy! We also love the receptionists, they genuinely are excited when your pet walks in! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. Everyone was super sweet and kind. More than accommodating with my red nose werro. Will be using them with my other dog as well & recommending them to my friends and family! 10/10.

I've been bringing Pugsley my giant pug here for 10 years and have had nothing but amazing visits. Very professional and the office is spotless. Everyone is very friendly and the doctors are incredible. This is the only vet I will use and I drive 40 minutes one way to get there. Very highly recommended 5 stars all the way!!! Had a consultation with Dr Wiechmann about ACL surgery for my dog Bella. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with her. She was very gentle with my pup. I would highly recommend this veterinarian office.

I recently had a sick cat and the staff were very caring and supportive. Dr Humphrey was so compassionate. She did not push unnecessary procedures or tests when Tafts X-ray showed severe illness The staff at Valley treated me and Taft kindly and answered all my questions concerning our next steps and Tafts options which weren’t many. Even though I lost my fur baby Taft, I am confident and am at ease that she had the best care and her end of life was humane, dignified, and compassionate.

I was a new customer and my dog had an emergency. I called 15 min before they closed and they welcomed me in. They stayed late to help my dog and they made a life long customer. Not only did they help right away everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and helpful! Best vet ever! I highly recommend them!

Wonderful first experience with my newly rescued dog. Dr. Humphrey was very through and went over everything. Made both myself and my dog feel very welcome. ❤️ The technicians and office staff were kind, friendly and compassionate. It feels great to find a veterinary office that show they care for your pet as they would there own.

Our 13 year old Lab mix was diagnosed with diabetes 7 years ago. She almost died but they were able to regulate the diabetes. She lost her vision which is common for diabetic dogs and 2 days ago she had nine teeth removed. Today she’s eating normal and she’s happy again!! I highly recommend them, they really are the best!

I have used this vet group for over twenty years. Now I can’t get my dog a flu shot without a full exam and waiting 7 days for an appointment. Impersonal and uncaring.
