They treat you like you don’t know nothing . Had a couple time having a hard time buying some animals . Even fish it’s so sad I have to have proof of everything that shouldn’t be that way I literally have 10 years of experience in animals so me and my son left they lost a great costumer yesterday and on top of that my son was depressed cause he couldn’t pick out any fish Rude too right away wouldn’t let us talk

North Aurora store.....NEVER AGAIN.... after my family spent Thousands of dollars over the last 12 years I will never spend another penny! The Manager Aaron knows the story. Your associate is a novice in customer relationships.... rude and abrasive and should never tell her customer she will not sell them what they have purchased in the store many times over the last decade. GOODBYE.... I went to Petsmart and spent $125.00 on what I intended to buy there!

Easy to navigate and carries everything my rat terrier needs to be her best self.

I love how easy a curbside pick up is! The order was fulfilled extremely fast, which was impressive. The associate was so sweet and personable even in that short interaction. Makes grabbing last minute food for my dog so easy. Please keep this curbside option available! Us busy moms LOVE this feature!

If you're looking for a great place to get your doggos trained, look no more. Rose is an absolute GEM of a trainer! She helped me train my very strong-willed chihuahuas and I can't thank her enough for how much her expertise has impacted my family. I also really appreciate her help in getting my dogs on a new type of food after some recalls on their old food spooked me. Love knowing that I'm feeding them the best food as possible.

I came here to buy a fish tank feeder, and a heater. The personnel of this place ignored me… nobody make a minimum effort to help me find the items. Today is July 1, 2021 @ 3:45pm - I just leave and thought that this review will help the person I charge to make some changes.

Good friendly staff who work hard and do their best to make sure your pets needs are met.

Our experience with Petco was amazing. Our trainer was hands down the most fun, caring, animial-loving person possible. She was incredibly attentive and informative. Rose worked with our dogs and showed us what we needed to know to continue their skills at home. She made welcoming a new puppy into our home a breeze!

Nice store but prices are a lot higher than other pet stores. Prices are less expensive when you order on line and pick up instead of buying in store.

This is the place to go for fish. They're super knowledgeable and the fish are healthy. Other pet stores in the Fox Valley area have dirty tanks, sick fish, and have no idea what gets along with what.

Good selection and friendly staff. I have a bearded dragon so most of my experience is with the feeder insects and looking at the reptiles they have. All the animals in that section seem to be in good health and well cared for when I visit

They let me return a product my pet wouldn't eat.

The place was clean and was easy to find everything and more. Staff was so polite and very helpful. I have been to Rockford, to DeKalb Pet Co, this place and the staff should be trainers on how to watch and work at the same time plus be truly honest. Thank you.

This particular store was very dark inside and a lot of the shelves were empty. I didn't care for shopping there. However, I will definitely visit the one near my house that I normally shop at. The people at my store are very friendly and welcoming.

Cashier was nice, easy to find the items I needed. Prices are a bit high though.
