Nice vets and they do a really great job but very expensive and continuously charge the $65 fee for everything, even just getting more ointment for my cats ringworm. Plus they wanted to run the test again which is expensive, even though the ringworm is in the exact same hairless spot and looks the same and usually doesn't fully clear up within a month anyway. *Update. I started going to a new vet who is cheaper. My dog has diabetes and they were the absolute worst. Didn't even start giving him insulin until weeks later and it's time sensitive so it caused nerve damage. After 3 appointments about his diabetes, I said screw this. We are throwing away money and my dog isn't better. We are going back to Meadow view. They may be expensive but they know their stuff and it's worth it for your animal/family member.

The one receptionist tends to hold my senior cat's insulin hostage until I make an appointment every single time. The receptionist usually tells me that she wont even order the refill of the insulin until i make an appoinment. Even if he'd just been seen within the past 30 days and they pressure me into doing a fructosamine blood draw monthly when it's something that should be every 3 months. My last vet was much better at balancing his diabetic care and my budget. I need insulin one last time from them as I'm moving in 2 weeks and the receptionist told me that I still need an appoinment first before she would order the meds. She only relented when I said I couldn't make that work. I also had a dire emergency with my parents dog a few months back and the receptionist told me that they didn't have any time for me until the next week. I went somewhere else that treated the emergency the same day and they were appalled that this place turned me away for the situation.

We have been taking our cats to Meadow View for several years and have always had positive experiences with all the vets and staff. We never feel like they are pushing tests or treatments but they provide thorough information and options. Really wonderful place with kind, caring vets.

We are escapees from another clinic and so trying someone new with some trepidation - but it was a great experience! Clearly care for our pet of utmost concern along with explaining his challenges and how best to face them.

Last Sun. our dog ingested 10 chocolate truffles (thanks for eating my Valentine's gift). We reached out to Meadow View, they gave us something to quickly try at home to induce vomiting. When this didn't work, they offered to meet us late Sun. afternoon on Valentine's Day to aid. Dr. Harder addressed and resolved the crisis. This is what emergency service should be! I go here to treat my rabbits and the staff are wonderful! The veterinarian is very knowledgeable and it is very affordable. So far they've helped me through GI stasis and a sore foot.

When we first moved to this area in 2017, we were looking for a new vet. We have been burned in the past and lost our fur babies. This facility is absolutely amazing. They help not only dogs and cats, but exotics as well. When our hamster wasn’t doing well, their team was so helpful and understand about everything. Our cat has anxiety but they are so good about finding issues. She had dental work done and is thriving! Highly recommend the team in Geneva ❤️

I just moved to the area and didn’t have a vet out this way yet, and our regular vet was closed and is a pretty far drive. I called first thing when they opened and they were able to squeeze my little guy in later on that day. He wasn’t acting himself and I was worried about him since our vet wouldn’t be open until the following Monday because of the holiday. The staff and Dr were very kind. I liked that the dr thoroughly explained everything to me and gave me a couple treatment options and didn’t push anything on me. I’ll definitely be back if I need a vet in this area. Thank you again, my little guy is already feeling a lot better!

This was my first time here (new dog owner) and the staff was very friendly from the minute we walked in. Dr. Jill Harder really cares about the animals and is very helpful and took the time to explain everything I need to know.

They take good care of beagle mix dog and I truly can see they have a passion for animals. I've used Meadow View for years, and I highly recommend them!

My poor kitty ended up having FIP so sadly we laid him to rest. The staff here was so compassionate. The DRs were the best. I couldn't have asked for nicer people to help us through this tuff time. Thank you for the help.

This is one of the best veterinary clinic I have ever dealt with. No one likes going to the vets, but the doctors and the staff at Meadow View make it as painless as possible. I have several senior cats and a senior dog with numerous issues. I would have felt overwhelmed with learning how to care for them if it weren’t for the kindness and knowledge of Dr. Harder, Dr. Strong, and Dr. Murphy. Each have taken care of all my pets. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and friendly. I would recommend these doctors to people who love their pets and want the best of care for them.

We've been going to Meadow View for many years. Every one of the doctors and staff have been kind, patient and caring with us and our dogs. We've been through cancer treatment to doggie dementia and they've been right there with us. There's a very sincere and personal connection throughout the office. I highly recommend them.
