VERY UPSET. My cats have been patients at this office for two years however l am parting ways due to the POOR customer service we received. We scheduled an appointment two weeks out and confirmed the day before for the appointment only to find out that once we arrived, they confirmed the appointment for the wrong time and were unable to be seen. The front desk was rude and not accommodating even though they made the mistake and we drove 45 minutes to the appointment that was CONFIRMED the day before. The front desk tried to blame me saying that I must’ve misheard the confirmation. Way to take accountability guys! Absolute garbage. This is not how you treat any patients. Do better and have more compassion for your patients.

4-1/2 hours wait time ! No Sense of urgency, very little Compassion for our pet. Prices Very elevated. No documented Statement explaining future Care.Documentation was only The bill and itemized cost. $$$ unfortunately they have Very limited competitors After hours.

Wonderful vets very caring and friendly

They are always so awesome when we need to bring our dog in. They work to find a quick appointment and take really good care of her. We're always happy with the care we receive here.

I brought one of my babies in a couple of times this year and twice they recommended I get his teeth fixed. They said they'd pull 4, maybe less. I took him in and they ended up pulling 8 to my surprise. Unfortunately, they didnt tell me how dangerous it is to put and elderly dog under, I had to find that out online. I wouldnt have gone through if I would have known. After the surgery, they told me to wait 1 month before giving him bones or toys... A little over a month later, my baby was having issues. A bone had ruptured his bowels and it took them days to figure it out. When it came to live or death for my baby, they decided to go home for the night. The vet told me if it was a human, they wouldnt have given up but since it's a dog, he was ready to clock out. He wanted me to bring him to the ER but told me my baby couldnt breathe on his own so we couldnt make it there in time. I wish I would have fought harder for him but I was so overwhelmed with emotions. I then asked the vet for a few chunks of his hair. He literally cut the top of my babys head right in front of me. I'll always regret bringing my baby here. I still cry everyday. We will find a new vet for my other dog.

Amazing people and staff. Going through the tough process of our dog's lymphoma they have been wonderful to work with and have gone the extra mile to make things more convenient and easy for both us and our dog. I couldn't recommend them more.

Tried this vet for the first time. They were still doing drive up only, but friendly great staff and vets. Not a chain vet hospital

Updated Jan 1st 2020: once again phenomenal service from Dr. Jamie. She quickly diagnosed my pup's infection and cared enough to give me options for what is going on. Thanks for all your help and care and concern! My family and I have been going to Frankfort Animal Care Center for over 15 years. I even worked there when I was in high school. The veterinarians are exceptional. Dr. Zelany is amazing. He is caring, friendly, educational, and empathetic. Dr. Jamie, though newer to the practice is one of the only vets I will trust with serious issues. When I moved out of area, they were friendly and caring when I would call with pet concerns, and give me professional advice over the phone. Over the past year, my family has been in contact with the two vets over decisions with my parents' 17 year old Pointer. Every time we/they bring her in, either vet (they both know her) are empathetic, honest, and to the point. They have given us valuable advice on how to care for her. This past time, I was in town for a visit, and my cat somehow aquired worms. They were able to squeeze us in the day after I discovered it. Dr. Jamie discussed treatment and prevention quickly and honestly. I forgot to mention, they are one of the most reasonably priced veterinarians in the entire area. They do not act money hungry and they help you find the best treatments for your budget.

Have been a customer for over ten years. Our first beagle had hip issues. Dr Z. Gave the best advice. She had a long and healthy life.

I'm going to be perfectly honest here I went there for years and years and years because I was a dog breeder and I would take my dogs there the doctor there is very good it's his staff that make you feel uneasy and uncomfortable like they're doing you a favor I had a dog with a severely injured a rear-end I called to make an appointment it's not like I was a new person there I was going there for probably ten or twelve years he couldn't see me I was desperate I went to Avenue Animal Hospital they took me in right away I switched all my dogs over to Anna Avenue Animal Hospital on 167th and Oak Park Avenue I see doctor while now who is spectacular

Dr Z is incredibly knowledgeable and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful

Ive been going to this Vet for over 28 yrs. now and have had nothing but great things to say about Dr. Zeleny and Dr. Hayscamp.

My cat was seen for an injury to his shoulder. He was sent home with antibiotics. They kept calling me asking if he was nauseaus. Well once off the antibiotics he started puking. I call and the best response was, he needs to come in right away. Let me stop making $ right now so you can have it. No suggestion for the nauseau other than to come in then this employee is doing neither the customers nor the business any favors. I'll go somewhere else.

Everyone was caring and helpful my Brandi needed an emergency hysterectomy and she seems to b doing well... THANKS SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY LITTLE GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive gone to Dr. Zeleny for nearly 20 years and when I had to move almost an hour away I will still drive to see him and his staff. Theyve always shown me and my animals the most compassionate care and I trust him completely to have their best interest at heart. ????????????

The vets are amazing here! The receptionist are another story especially Lindsey! She was rude, unfriendly and her attitude is terrible!!! They really need to get rid of her or they’re going to have a lot of complaints and unhappy customers to deal with!!!

I took my Pomeranian here to get his teeth cleaned, I was worried but they did a great job and everyone here is so nice too!
