Always does a great job!!

Do. NOT. Go. HERE!! This has been my second bad experience here. The first time I let it go, chalked it up to everybody has a bad day. But today we went to pick up our toy poodle and she literally looks like a rat. They cut alllll her hair off. She was very matted but before you turn my dog into something unrecognizable let me know first. Especially if I show you a picture of what I want. So now we have to go into the holidays with her looking a hot mess. Plus now I have to find a whole new groomer. Frustrated.

Done well and completed in little over 2 hours.

Nice prices, they are open till 5pm, and they are so friendly with the dogs and clean them up well

They always do a great job on our toy poodle. They accept cash only which may be an inconvenience for some, but it helps keep the cost on the grooming down.

Took my pet KiKi here after the place I had been taking her to.. (which I hadn’t been too happy with) .. canceled my appointment. So I called and Paw-fect Cuts took her the same day! I wasn’t sure what to expect bc it was my first time but I was blown away with how well they took care of her! They seemed to love her and were really excited to show me the cut. Looks like they put genuine love in her! She seemed very high spirited and happy. So glad the other place screwed me over today! I highly recommend ❤️

We brought our dog here yesterday for her first big puppy cut. She can be anxious, this place did so great with her! When I picked her up she was so happy! They also cut her exactly how we asked! Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience.

We have been taking our dog here for years. She has really bad anxiety. But we can definitely tell that the people working here work great with her and make her feel comfortable. Bcuz we have taken her to other places and she would come back home not being herself. But not here, she comes home as happy as can be just like her normal self :) thank you!

I was having so many problems with other dog groomers. I always felt like I was an inconveniencing to them until my friend suggested A Paw-Fect Cut. Let me tell you...from calling to make an appointment to dropping and picking my dog up these ladies are fantastic! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. More than happy with how my dog looks. Paw-Fect Cut ladies always have a smile on their face when you walk in and make me feel like my dog is loved and being taking care of all 85 pounds of my German Shepherd.❤️

Loved their services. My dog was very happy coming out of there and the fur has never felt so soft in a long time. Really impressed with how they cared for my baby. Will be their regular client for sure.

Our dog Caleb has been going here for 8 years. Never any major unrepairable issues a conversation couldn’t fix. When COVID first hit and everything shut down we couldn’t get him cleaned for a while. We finally got an appointment at the end of May. My daughter goes to pick him up with exactly $50 but when she arrives they tell her it’s $60. She then FaceTime me with the saddest voice saying I’m short $10 and I left my wallet at home and they aren’t releasing Caleb. This was at the very end of the day when they were closing. We live in a Country Club Hills. I heard in her voice how embarrassed she was and sad they wouldn’t give her Caleb. Before I could head to Frankfort she came in with Caleb. I asked her what happened she said another man was there getting his dog and paid the $10 ***FAST FORWARD TO YESTERDAY I called to make an appointment but asked to speak with Lynn the owner to discuss what happened and how they made my daughter feel. Jennifer states Lynn is on maternity leave and asked if she could help. I give the details on the last visit and explained how another customer paid the $10. She disputed what I said about someone paying the balance so I said I would ask my daughter again because she has no reason to lie about $10. ***FAST FORWARD TO TODAY Jennifer now recalls the entire moment all of a sudden and says “well according to our records you still owe $10”. Prior to this she kept reiterating why all money has to be paid because they can’t have a short drawer at the end of the day. I then tell her we don’t owe the other customer gave her the $10 she insisted no we have you marked here as owing. How when you just said you can’t turn in a short drawer at the end of the day. So I said my daughter who is grown has no reason to lie or make up a story about someone helping her and paying the $10. I even remember saying thank God for kind people they still exist. So I asked my daughter again and she said the man behind me gave me the $10. Jennifer then says well even if he gave her the $10 SHE didn’t pay. While I challenged her on every word she then proceeds to say I think you should wait until Lynn returns for Caleb’s appointment. After 8 years business, it ends over $10. ***LAST INSULT OF THE CONVERSATION/SITUATION While I’m making sure I hear her correctly I asked are you canceling my dog’s appointment because I dispute we owe $10. She says “Well you’re threatening me”. ????DEAR JENNIFER, EVERY BLACK PERSON THAT DOES NOT AGREE WITH YOU IS NOT THREATENING YOU OR YOUR LIFE! WHILE I MAY HAVE BEEN BOTHERED BY YOUR WAY OF HANDLING THE SITUATION...NOT ONE TIME DID I EVER THREATEN YOU OR USE THREATENING LANGUAGE.

The staff here is the best! So friendly and attentive! They do a great job everytime with whatever my request. It is clean and my dogs are always happy here!

Someone got a perfect haircut! Look how handsome Louie is???? We couldn't be happier for the time and patience they had with him. His breed is very strong and becomes so sad when we leave him. Louie was so happy when he came home. And he new he was looking his best. Thank you so much!
