Store is small and runs out of products fast, but over-all it's decent. Very over priced though

Wasted my money and time going here for months for them not to tell me that my poor dog has bladder stones even after telling them and showing them a photo of what came out of her urine and noticing her starting to be in pain. I had to find a new vet to take care of her with an urgent surgery.

The service to my pet was very satisfying.

They take payments for the wellness care service and your pet CAN NOT be seen because of HIGH VOLUME CALLS, ONLY 1 OR 2 VETS AVAILABLE, TOO MANY patients AHEAD, Means being GREEDY and being charged monthly for no services, etc...

They try your pet like family.

I wasn't able to find the soft digestive sensitive cat food that I was looking for but assistance was great

The cashier was cold, I got cat treats that rung up one price and I told her that was not the price it said, so I ask her she wasn't going to check she said it may be in the wrong place

My brother took his dogs here before I took over from his lost. My dogs love every single worker they encounter. They dislike the customers????????.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took great care of my cat when I dropped her off for her appointment. The doctor followed up with a phone call. Great place!

Depending on who answers the phone, you will receive different pricing. However, I decided to try again and spoke with a young lady that was very nice and helpful. The Veterinarian was thorough.

Very pleased with my great service! They communicate every step of Bella’s care with me. Everyone is very professional and you can tell very well educated on all things surrounding my pets needs. Been going to this vet hospital for 3+ years and have never had a negative experience. These are good people doing what they love and it shows every visit!

So far I have no complaints my dog Milo is doing good for now

On my pets first visit the front desk entered my Puppy's DOB WRONG! She was 8 weeks & entered 18 weeks.. My dog received all of her shots on her first visit due to the error witch was a bit much for her tolerance. She was out of it for a couple of days.. On our second visit the staff was a little more professional. 3rd visit we waited so long for the front desk to process our visit because they realized the mistake they had made on her first visit so they were not sure that she needed her shots again because she already had received them on her first visit.. They proceeded with the visit and gave her, her shots witch made her vomit and sleepy all day. Her spay surgery was scheduled on her 3rd visit.. I came in the day of dropped her off and returned home. As soon as I walked into my house I received a phone call informing me that since she was under 6 months the Vet did not want to perform the surgery on her.. & that she was ready for pickup... (How did you guys not see that when you scheduled her?) Smh I waited one hour to pick my pet up. The line was extremely long and only one person was working up front. I highly DO NOT recommend this location! They need a better system and more efficient staff! I have had a bad experience from beginning to end with them. My pet will not be coming back to this location!

Nice plan for pet owners

Maybe Ok for very basic things like vaccines however my pets previous vet even confirmed that they are not fully educated pertaining to a specific medication that was previously prescribed. The vet was not in the office much and would not return calls. We are with a competent vet at this time but the culture at this location supports the lack of education of apparently certain things because even the location chief of staff was relaying very inaccurate information about a certain medicine. She left then a rambling message on our cell phone late on a Friday, it was hard to understand everything as she was seemingly not in control. Very strange place. We have always had pets and never experienced an issue like this at any vet office.

They get my dog in and out. They handle business and willing to reschedule. Had a few bumps with them but they smooth them right out.

This is a very good store with very good employees, specially the nurses and doctors. But this time I got a very rude employee who yell at me and my daughter telling us the store doesn't open until 9 am when me and my daughter were trying to purchase a few items!!!

The staff is nice but, I have yet to speak face to face with a vet and it's kind of a money pit even though I have a medical plan that cost $60 a month.

Best place to take your pet for wonderful care. Ask about the insurance. It's much needed.

Great Vets and super friendly staff.

After my furbaby sustained an injury at PetSmart, Banfield swooped in to save the day and even follow-ups. Doc was very knowledgeable and patient enough to explian everything to me and give me recommendations and solid tips on care ❤ We love Dr Avery

They were courteous and professional. The service was quick. And the staff was very nice.

This place is amazing and loving the employees was very kind and helpful the vet answered any questions and provided great explanation on the next procedures

My husband took our dog in for pain. They could not find what was wrong(she was not showing signs of pain anymore at home either). They gave us tips on how to keep an eye on her and gave great suggestions. They even called us twice for follow up. We were really happy with their service.
