Este is hands down the best pet sitter I’ve ever used. She is thoughtful, communicative, and thorough. And importantly, my cats love her and I trust Este to take great care of them.

They are very professional and dependable. Our cats always seem to have a great time and are well taken care of!

Este was so reliable and fair- at the last minute before our vacation our kitty got hurt and needed special care, on top of our already super shy other kitty. Este evaluated the situation first and then managed both kitties brilliantly. We couldn’t have asked for more. She is kind, communicative, and worth it!!

Este (owner/operator) is the best: she offers a conscientious, compassionate and caring cat sitting service. My initial trepidation of leaving 2 old cats with some medical issues at the care of a pet sitter quickly disappeared when we received daily messages and pictures of our fur babies being loved and cared from. Este went above and beyond of her agreed upon services by buying more palatable food which helped the administration of medication smooth and easy and offered us excellent advice on nutrition needs of elderly cats. I could not recommend Purrfect Pawz and Pals more. You will love her as do your cats.

Este and Purrfect Pawz n Palz are so wonderful! I cannot recommend her highly enough! We were out of town for two weeks and I was worried about my cats being alone some much after we'd been working from home for the last 18 months. Este provided great updates and photos each time she visited. She also let me know when she had a concern about something one of my cats was doing. We were able to work together to make sure everything was okay with him. I can admittedly be a little bit of a 'crazy cat lady' about my cats and I was so comfortable knowing they were in Este's amazing hands. Although they can be a little shy, both warmed up to her in just a day or two and came out for pets and playtime every time she came by. I really felt like Este treated my cats like her own and took such great care of them! She's the best!

Este was absolutely wonderful with our cat! This was our first time leaving our cat at home with a pet sitter to come by, as opposed to just using a network of friends. I have never felt so at ease! I got regular updates with photos and messages. Our cat was taken very well care of, and wasn't even as mad at us as she usually is when we got home! We will absolutely be using Este again in the future!

This was my first time using a cat sitting service, and during Covid, so I was especially nervous hiring a pet sitter. Este put my mind at ease right away with her compassion, knowledge and attention to detail. Covid-19 safety recommendations were followed during our meet and greet and during her drop-in visits and I received daily updates with cute pictures of my cat. Este has taken excellent care of my cat for the past two years. She is always available whenever I need her, and she always sends a text and picture of my cat when she visits. My cat gets very nervous and stressed when we leave him, but Este is so sweet and gentle with him that he does great. Not all pet sitters appreciate or are great with cats, but Este is excellent and I would recommend her to everyone! I know she truly cares about my cat’s well being and that makes all the difference. Este is as good as it gets in pet care. I hired her after a scarring experience with Rover and here’s what I love about her. 1) You have a very thorough meet and greet with her so she can get to know you and your pet. She is very professional and keeps great records. 2) She truly cares about animals. She is attuned to my cat’s eating habits and has gone above and beyond to notice when something isn’t quite right. 3) She actually plays with my cat and sends pics to prove it every day. This is very important to me as I was traveling for work four days a week and wanted to make sure my cat was getting good TLC while I was away. 4) She is very communicative and is always available via text, so I can check in with her if I have ever have any questions. I don’t know what I’ll do once I move away - finding someone as diligent and caring as Este will be difficult.

Este has been watching our kittens when we’re away, and she provides great service. I love that she sends us daily feedback with a photo of our pets, and tells us what they’ve been up to. I highly recommend Pawz and Palm Pet Care!

Este is wonderful! She has cared for our cat when we've needed her to, even at the last minute, for the past two years. When we've needed to be gone for a longer period of time we appreciate her very reasonable service fee. A daily photo and update is a nice touch It's always stressful for our pet when we're gone, but since we found Pawz and Palz our cat is always content when we come home. We trust her with our home and pet- highly recommend!

I have known Este for a great many years, and in that time I have found that she has the warmest heart when it comes to animals. She had always provided a loving home for her own pets, and I would trust her implicitly to care for mine as well. She is one of the most attentive people I know when it comes to detail, and making sure all her pet's needs are taken care of.
