I wish I found this place years ago. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Rich did a great job trimming and grinding my dogs nails. Very friendly guy with great rates. I'll be going back from here on out.

Amazing is an understatement, Rich and the staff made my fur baby feel like family. Bosco smells soooo clean!! Bosco enjoyed his time with them, so much that he’s resting and snoring as I’m posting this ????

Ok for dogs NOT for cats. It was very loud. My cat is well behaved with new people, this was not her first lion cut! What I got back was my kitty super uneven all over her body, head, legs and tail. They also clipped all of her whiskers so short. The photo I posted of her whiskers is from 3 weeks after her appointment.

I’ve been going to Rich for my 2 Akita’s and 1 Rotty for close to 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed. Yes, he can be a bit short with you on the phone, but he’s just a direct guy who is always busy. They don’t have a dedicated receptionist and everyone working there checks in their own clients. It did take a few years for him to remember my name but he always knew my face and which dogs belong to me (the prettiest ones there :)) My 2 Akita’s have been groomed all over the country (Phoenix, Dallas, VA, NC, etc) and paid absurd amounts of money (like 60-80 for each dog). This place is affordable and always does a great job. They are 13 years old now and he always reassures me how great they are. He walks slow with them and always picks them up if they need to be lifted (old hips). They are safe with him and it means everything. They could certainly use a better appointment system but the old school pen and paper seems to work for them…

Love this place. I believe it was Rich who has cut both of my dogs and done such an amazing job! I have a 15 year old standard poodle who is quite frail and many other groomers have refused to groom her. Rich was more than willing to cut her and treated her with so much care and respect - it meant the world to us. I’ve also taken my 3 year old standard poodle (who is much more rambunctious and can be difficult to handle) and Rich also did a great job on him, even using scissors on most of his coat to get a truly beautiful cut. Would definitely recommend - in my opinion With Love From Head To Tail truly cares about your pet’s well-being and is a great option for grooming!

Made my Lil pup even cuter somehow , did a great job my lil girl was happy and playful when I got her back. She seemed to have had a good time, will be taking her back her for her second haircut in a few months

Its not struggle to bring my dogs inside like at other places and they come out very nicely groomed and happy. Their groomer, Rich, is so accommodating and great!

Brought my 4 month old pug, Thor, to get his nails trimmed. Kelly was awesome, professional and caring. She ensured Thor was comfortable being his 1st time here. I would definitely return and recommend.

02/17/20 I'll start with our cat Larry left our home almost 2yrs ago. 4 days ago a rescue lady in Franklin Park that has kept in touch with my daughter said a cat looking like Larry was in her yard for 2 days. She gave us a call we went and my daughter bent down and this dirty,skinny & a hurt leg cat came crying to her. After going to the vet & us trying to bath him we found Head to Tail. I called early this morning & Rich to care of him in such a gentle way. Its a friendly place nice and clean with very fair prices. I want to thank you Rich for the amout of time you spent on a very much loved cat we thought we would never see again.THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING. BE BLESSED.

Gail has been our groomer since 2006 - she's fantastic! She takes great care of our pups and really loves them. They always look great when they're done - she does a wonderful job of shaping their fur to look the best. She's flexible in scheduling and always pleasant to work with. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else!

Rich and everyone there is great. We take our golden here all the time. Quality work, nice people, reasonable prices (value matched). Not taking our dog anywhere else.
