Dr. Hatfield was very thorough and caring when going over the results of the wellness exam for my cat. Explained everything quite well, and covered the things that veterinarians consider the highest-level priority items when it comes to the health status of a senior feline. She is clearly very concerned with making sure our fur-kids get the care they deserve, and covers the necessary steps to allow us to achieve that. Would not hesitate to recommend to any other pet owner.

Terrible service. I can't even count how many times they've forgotten to call in my cats meds. ???? I called Monday for a refill. It's Wednesday and they haven't called it in yet. Now my cat is out of medication. Extremely important medicine.

I have taken all of my animals to KPV for many years. Dr Hatfield & the entire staff really are in my opinion the best people to trust your fur babies with. I am currently experiencing a rather dire situation with one of my cats which requires around the clock care. Unfortunately KPV does not have staff available overnight to accommodate this situation, but Dr Hatfield went above & beyond by getting us referred & IN to another local clinic immediately who could provide the type of care my cat is in desperate need of. The Dr emailed me an informative article explaining in detail what my cat is dealing with and also took the time to answer all of my questions during what I know was an already incredibly full day for her. It's these important details that make KPV stand out over anyone else. I'll continue trusting my precious four legged little cargos to this clinic.

I have always had very positive visits with KPV. This the only place I have ever taken my Coco. I’m am very impressed with the love and the quality of care she receives. The staff is amazing and very professional. Will always trust the care of my fur baby with them.

The temp veterinarian is outstanding. I have never interacted with a veterinarian that was so present, clear, concerned, and kind. Fingers crossed the new vet is just as great! The tech was a doll, as well. My best bud was treated like a prince.

Way to expensive drbell is better

Curbside service is bd and they do not have to do this. My car has no AC. Do not want to wait in car.hot days.

I had to test/euthanize/cremate my dog. They were pleasant and helpful. Paid about 7-800$ after discounts. I'm horrible w/names but The Dr. Was very insightful, the front desk lady w/locs was very nice, and the Vets assistant black female was awesome. I asked to pay a payment and to have them bill me the rest but they did seem comfortable w/that which is understandable so I just paid in Full. My wife and I sent them a card afterwards.

Can’t say enough nice things about the staff and doctors here. Wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else. Dr. Hatfield talked to me for a long time about my concerns about my cat and even sent me an article to read. That’s excellent care and customer service.

Very helpful veterinary clinic. The staff is always so nice and helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. They love their fur patients. Would definitely recommend taking pets there.

When I was notified that my cats were due for vaccinations I tried to call, but got no answer. There is no voicemail or answering machine. I tried the next day with no answer again. Then I tried again with no answer. After many attempts someone answered the phone, but I was put on indefinite hold and I had another appointment so I had to hang up. When I finally was able to schedule an appointment I was told that I had to wait a month because they were so backed up. So because it took so long It put my cats past their due date for vaccinations so they could only get the one year instead of the 3 year vaccination. During the appointment I got a call from the vet and she told me that I needed dental food for my cats and that it was available for purchase from them. So I told her that I would purchase a bag. I was never given the food, but my itemized bill shows that I was charged for it. The people at the clinic are always friendly, and helpful. I just think that they maybe under staffed at this time. The pandemic has been hard on all of us. I must have been calling to schedule with them when they were closed, but an answering machine would be nice. Then I would have been able to get them vaccinated before the deadline.

I took my dog here for every checkup and recommended appointment. At 2 years old when seeing a new vet at their clinic (due to scheduling delays) I was referred for a surgical consult for a condition he had since birth. The delay in this knowledge led to scar tissue developing on my dogs eyes. When I called to diacuss how this could have happened, manager was very compassionate to my concerns and agreed to look into them and get back to me. However, several weeks later I still have not received a return call. Will not return.

Dr Ennen was fantastic! Knowledgeable, caring, smart, professional and explained everything in detail. Our elderly dog is precious to us and we felt like Dr Ennen truly cared about her too. We were impressed, and will definitely continue all our vet needs with Kimberly Pines!

Not a big fan curbside but I understand because of the circumstances. They were able to take all three of my dogs in at once so I didn’t have to play musical chairs in the car. Responsive to my questions and gave me a full informative review of the exam. They also mail and text reminders in advance when shots are due which is an added plus.

Everyone there is wonderful and you can really tell they love animals. ♡

We had 2 dogs that went here for years, that will not be returning. My dog was extremely sick and the vet staff was very rude when I was asking questions about my dogs condition and were extremely short with me. After paying a $600 bill, they gave me no answer still on what was wrong with him, and seemed irritated I kept asking questions. My dog didn’t eat for 8 days and the vet staff knew how worried I was about him. After they released him from their care, I didn’t get a single follow up from them asking how he was doing.

They saved my dogs life. All I need to say.

Love this clinic. The staff listens and includes you in decisions. I wouldn’t take Bailey anywhere else.
