I will always shop at Thomas' Tails for our dog food and treats. They are experts in natural, nutrient dense products and dog well-being. The staff is welcoming, kind and attentive. I am so grateful to have this family owned business in downtown Crystal Lake.

The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Definitely getting my dog food and necessities from them. Talked about more natural approaches to food, flea and tick, as well as providing reading materials.

Came here for a nail trim. Cute store with very friendly employees. They carry a really good brand of dog food that's highly recommended. Will return once the bin is empty. Love supporting the local shops.

Took my Corgi cover to have her nails trimmed. They were very good to get and got her nails trimmed quickly. I loved how they paid attention to her.

A great place to get pet food. They have a parking lot at the back so loading your car is easy. Don't forget to talk to the parrot! (Not a Norwegian Blue)

I recently won two bags of dog treats from them on Facebook. They are homemade and my dogs love them!! I went in to pick them up and noticed they had a ton of variety which I love in a local store. I love supporting small local businesses and giving back to my community and I will be shopping there more frequently now. Thank you so much for the dog treats!! See you soon!!

I love quality of product they have and their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One of my families favorite parts of shopping there is getting a chance to visit their three cats, two birds and dog.
