I absolutely love the staff and the doctors here. They have always taken the best care of my pets whenever I’ve needed anything. Very caring, very kind, and you can tell they care about the work they do and all of the animals they see. I’ll always bring my pets here!

I cannot begin to say how amazing this place this. My husband & I knew that it was time to put our dog down but every place we called it was going to be days before they could help us. We called here & we were able to come within 30 min of calling. From the moment I walked into the clinic I felt welcomed & cared for. I was a crying mess but the staff went out of their way to provide excellent care & service. I was able to sit with my Buddy boy as he passed peacefully & the vet sat with me too. We recently received a card in the mail from everyone at the clinic saying their condolences. How amazing, cannot say thank you all enough

All around this is an amazing animal clinic, being a dog mommy for over 30 years I have been through a number of vet offices with my furry babies and I starting using this clinic 3 years ago when I adopted by standard poodle puppy, and I then started bring my big chicken of a Great Dane here for her shots and wellness checks also. The staff and all the Doctors we’ve had here are wonderful and accommodating with both my babies needs and fears, and I can’t thank them enough! Thank you for all you do! Baylee & Sylo’s mom!

The staff is very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Pictured below is my bog who had surgery at Cresthill Cat and Dog ???? . I was given step by step instructions, staff was always available to answer my questions. When I brought my Dog home and was not able to get him out of the car, someone from the staff came to my house to help me. They are the best.

Have visited different places for my two dogs and the prices for visits were really expensive. Brought my dog here yesterday and they were very kind and understanding.

I have been a member of the Crest Hill Cat And Dog Clinic for many years. I recently brought my 10 year old cat Pookie, for a check-up and the vet was fantastic the way he handled the appointment. Pookie gets very stressed and irritated, even with the meds its hard to get him to calm down. The vet handled him so well that it was actually a fun appointment. I own pet rats. They are the most lovable & underestimated & misunderstood pet there is. But I won't get into that here. I brought my 3 year old rat,who means the world to me, here to have her put to sleep. I have had to put down many of my animals in the past & every single place I've gone to never allowed me to actually go in the back into the surgical room to be there for the entire procedure. They did warn me it would be quite graphic & that I may not want to stay but I wanted to make sure that everything was done professionally & at the best interest of my beloved pet. These people are unbelievable here. They are very sympathetic for your situation & they explain everything that they are doing & everything they're going to do with your pet before they put them to sleep. They do everything they can to make your pet comfortable. I will never go anywhere else to have my pets put to sleep. This place was amazing. If I could rate it 10 Stars I would. I am extremely picky when it comes to vets & my pets, especially since I have what is considered an exotic pet like rats. These people are amazing. Dr. Ling is the best. She handles all my cat's needs. Very informative, she discusses every aspect of my 3 girls situations. Staff is friendly and quick to get you in and out.

Very nice staff. I switch to them because they keep better track of my dog’s needs. The place I used to go to still used paper with dates and asked me what vaccines my dog needed. I’m no vet so I feel like they should tell me… anyways. I’m glad my dogs are taken care of.

Dr.Walley treated my precious dog Chloe. He took such wonderful care of my precious baby. Everyone in this practice are such wonderful people. They made her last moments so precious. We adopted a puppy from the will county humane society and this clinic did the free spay that came with our adoption. They were very easy to work with, seemed friendly and knowledgeable, and had a very nice facility. If they weren't 30-45 min away from our home we would consider using them as our regular clinic.

i took my German Shepherd for a bath only and she's short hair "No Grooming Needed" and on top of her nose was shaven, like a nick and noticeable, my wife was displeased and upset at me for not noticing the problem before i left, the employee Did Not acknowledged to me about the problem. Not very professional.

Very Disappointing,as your primary Pet Care provider, you would hope they could squeeze you in when an Emergency arises,but no,not this place,I was told I would need to make an appointment for 4 weeks and this is not the first time it's happened,just goes to show how much they care,will be taking our 4 animals elsewhere

Can not say enough good things about Crest Hill Cat and Dog. When they say they treat your pets like family, they really do mean it. They've helped our family through losing two beloved pets, and they helped both of them until they honestly told us they could no longer be helped. Dr. Walley took our Sheltie home with him one night because she was touch and go and he wanted to make sure she was eating. This year, they worked closely with us with our cat, noticing a tumor on her face that we thought might just be an irritated tooth, and sticking with it until they were able to remove it, doing everything to not have to remove her eye until they absolutely had to, and working with us on costs as we racked up bills and visits quickly while they tried to figure out what was wrong. Even though she's not their favorite patient, they have been kind an communicative with us an her. If we can avoid it, we will not be taking our pets anywhere else, even though we moved a little farther from the center.

Really knowledge and friendly staff. The Drs. are fantastic. My dog had a TPLO surgery here and is getting outstanding care. I would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! I am a new client, and so impressed, I’m excited to switch over to them. I was worried my dog had a bowel obstruction, getting worse over the last few days. When I called my regular vet clinic and explained his symptoms, they told me there wasn’t an available appointment for a week and a half, and I could find a new vet if I wanted him to be seen. I called Crest Hill, who also had no available immediate appointments, especially for a new client; but after telling them his symptoms, they promptly got me in and let me drop him off so he could be examined in between their appointments. The kindness and caring showed by staff here is so appreciated! Luckily it’s not an obstruction, but what a relief to know what’s going on! I’m so happy to have found such a great vet for my dogs.

Lives up to the great reviews! They're pretty popular, and quite busy, so note that if your appointment is not an emergency you may have to wait a couple weeks. (Covid times!) Super friendly, fast service, no unnecessary cost, explained everything up front. Staff was AMAZING with my pet. Gentle and patient, and know when to bribe with treats ;)

We all know our pets are a very important member of our families. At Crest Hill Cat and Dog clinic, your pet will receive great medical care from compassionate and caring staff. From the great staff at the front desk to the great medical staff, everyone is professional and yet friendly and helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable and gentle, you can tell they love animals. The clinic also has a wonderful groomer, she is the best groomer I have ever had. My little dog loves her and we are so grateful for her caring, gentle treatment of my baby. You can trust everyone here to take excellent care of your pets.
