Bad place he only care about money

My dog was very sick the doctor couldn't treat him he referred us to premier animal hospital where they diagnosed my dog Oscar with a brain tumor we decided to have him euthanized they let us stay in the family room to spend time with Oscar they made us feel comfortable.and consoled us they gave us info about cremation or a burial we decided to have Oscar cremated. But what made me feel good was the vet at westside called and talked with us and showed concern about Oscar I give this place a 10 because of there respect and concern about people and their pets

Vet was very rude & unprofessional. He degrades his female employees, when I tried to ask him questions about my K9 he didn't want to hear it nor did he answer anything I had questions on, Attitude sure did change after he received his payment... DO NOT RECOMMEND

They were very helpful with my dog

There very consistent and the doctors are great

No personal touch or care Didn't have any treats or water bowls out

My dog was walking wobblely so took him to westside animal clinic and the doctor diagnosed him with an ear infection the doctor was very gentle with Oscar and friendly answered all my question and they have a pharmacy on site price was very reasonable I highly recommend this vet

The doctor is very unprofessional doesn’t know how to speak the clients. His in business because of animal lovers like ourselves. Examples he comes out of his office speaking rudely to people in the waiting area, over book his appointments and gets upset because there’s a lot of people waiting hours to be serviced.

Just for keeping your dog health up to standards, but they could do better with the sterilizing of the rooms because my room was not clean but the nurse cleaning another room for a sick dog, plus I don't fill they examin my dog good enough but quick to prescribe some medication that cost money but how you know what an animal need if you don't examine him right?

They took good care of my kitty and are very nice and helpful. I recommend them for all of your pet needs.

Probably the most unprofessional place I have ever been to in my life! The doctor comes outside and yells at customers to "please leave! I don't need you people anymore!" He than complained about how this isn't his job? Another female worker lights a cigarette in the lobby!! and smokes at the front entry way and complains about all the people waiting outside. I strongly suggest staying away from this doctor and these workers.

I like the service, but the new ownership needs to know and understand the community he is serving! Be respectful to all consumer who walk through the door!

They were extremely nice, my puppy is great his ears were cropped and seem a bit uneven but it’s only because he pulls one back it’s honestly a great place for your pet.

After calling more than 5 animal clinics, all with no available appointment until next week! This place came to the rescue! Thank you for prioritizing my concern and addressing the situation. Thank you! This place saved my pet! They also gave me suggestions on how to care for my furry friend. Great place!

Very nice and friendly people, I was given antibiotics for my dog and everything, but they cropped one of my dogs ears smaller than the other.

You ask them for a price for the dog ears & tail then they tell u $450 then when u get there they ask for $650 & then they tried to charge me $3,000 for my dog tail when he was only 4 months the doctor tried to say he was 8 months. I would never take my dog back there & I would never recommend anybody because they going to come up with every excuse to charge more money. He was a 4 month cane corso

This place is amazing, they're really good with your pets. The doctors and nurses are great as well. I really recommend it.

We started going to W.A.H. when Dr Popovitch was the senior vet. When our Queenie was sick he referred us to Dr Luka for after 5pm care. We trust the experience of Dr Luka and enjoy his staff. So happy to have them so close to our home❤

Took my pup in for his ear crop when I entered the building I was greeted the staff was friendly and I felt very comfortable and confident leaving my baby with them. When I picked him up the next day the dr was very informative, I’m very happy with the outcome. Definitely will be coming back for my pups future vet needs.

Worse vet ever the DR is very rude disrespectful to his staff, didn’t even crop my dogs ears right HE WENT PAST THE EAR !!! and didn’t even stitch her back DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Couldn't it dog nails came back home with sharp lo g nail they hurt

I have a really big dog. He scares most people. The receptionist treated him like the teddy bear that he is. It was so refreshing to have him treated as the sweet doggie that he is vs being treated as a scary monster. He is my baby!
