Booked an appointment online to get my roommate's cat spayed. They confirmed it the next day and contacted me to let me know that by law she needed to be vaccinated too. They added that to the appointment no problem. I showed up at the designated time and drop-off took maybe 3 minutes. Came back for pickup later that day and they had me outta there in just a few more minutes. They clipped her nails and cleaned her ears for free, so that cat looked great and seemed totally fine too! Cost was well worth it for how quick and easy everything was.

Super knowledgable, friendly and easy to work with. My girlfriend and I inherited a new 1 year old pup from a friend. Had never been to a vet and we were unsure of what shots and treatment it might need to make sure it’s properly cared for and healthy. Plus he had to get fixed. I called PAWS, the ASPCA, One Tail at a Time, Anti-cruelty Society AND the City of Chicago Animal Care Clinic. These are economical options and everyone had a waitlist. Finally I wad referred to Treehouse and the administrator was immediately able to walk me through the options and services available to us, provide accurate and quick pricing, and schedule us on the call for the necessary services just one week later. Everything went super smooth for our pup. We were a little concerned two days post-surgery and called for a follow up consult. They allowed us to provide information and exchange initial opinions via email and then recommended we come in for a more thorough assessment of his recovery. Everything was fine, but they still provided us with a new cone and anti-inflammatory to prevent against swelling and irritation… all at no cost. I wish this was a full service veterinary clinic for our dog because I genuinely liked visiting Treehouse and felt comfortable relying on their service and expertise.

One of the best places to go! I’ve been to 4 vets before coming here and this is by far the best one. Price is so reasonable and they take the most care of your pet! If I had known them before I would have went here for everything. I will be taking my cats to this place in the future! There staff are so nice and sweet! Never had a bad experience with them!

The people are very polite, I am very satisfied with the service they provided. My cat healed very good, no complications. I thank all of the staff. It was a good choice, I highly recomend this place.

Our family dog was taken to the hospital on 7/21 and she was diagnosed with Pyometra. The cost was extremely high for us to cover unfortunately. 7/22 We immediately started calling clinics and no appointments available soon enough to save our Kay’s life. Tree House got in contact within a few hours and schedule our little one that same day. She is recovering well. Thank God. The staff was caring and compassionate with our furry baby. We are truly thankful to find this place. Our family is thankful and we will forever be grateful. Thank You!! Tree House Veterinary for saving our furry baby.

Warmly recommend their services. Maddie from the front desk was attentive, empathetic, compassionate and caring. Working with the clinic was easy - all the documents were sent to my email prior to the procedure for me to review and sign; that saved me time during check in. Pick up was quick and efficient, and I received a post-surgery packet with all the care instructions and a follow up email. Procedure went smoothly; no complaints! Great place I took my cat Latte yesterday for Spaying and they took good care of her and the prices are affordable with friendly staff I know I’ll visit them from now on for every time I need a vet also they offer vaccinations every Saturday but you should book an appointment online before you go .

Brought my cat to be microchipped. It was a quick and easy process with kind staff members! I'm so glad a center like this opened up so close to home!

My dog and I had a great experience at the Tree House. The staff was very accommodating to my rescue dog Meatball who is very reactive to other animals. It is very clean inside and they are efficient. Took about ten minutes total. Prices are very reasonable and I will be back again next year.

Amazing staff and amazing office. I took my two cats to be neutered and they took amazing care with them and worked quickly and efficiently to get their surgery done and made sure they had everything they needed to go home pain free. They are currently healing and were back to their playful selves almost the same day. I night recommend for cats or dog owners. They answer your questions they work with you to make sure your animal is taken care of.

Phenomenal place, super friendly staff. Will come back again with my future pets
