Really great service! Purr made it easy to book, easy to manage, and was very reliable. I received daily updates about the kind of care my cat was getting--with pictures! The Purr team followed all my directions and made sure my cat was getting all the attention she needed. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a cat-sitting service!

Robert and his team at Purr Inc are the Gold Standard in cat sitting care! The care takers send several photos a day showing them interacting with our cats and with food, water and litter box all refreshed/clean, giving us lots of peace of mind while traveling. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

That's even more important during this time of limited travel, as Gus has grown incredibly accustomed to have us in the house each and every day. I’ve been using Purr for about a year and a half now. Let’s just say my friends aren’t the most reliable bunch of people to entrust with my house keys, let alone the well being of my pet. Purr has been amazing every time I’ve used them. They send an update and photos of your pet after every visit, and are very quick and attentive to customer’s needs. I’ve never not received a quick response to any inquiry I had with them, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable trusting my pet’s well-being to them when I leave town. I highly recommend Purr for any cat sitting needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about Purr and would highly recommend this service to any other nervous (or regular) cat parents out there. Our usual methods for taking care of our cat when away fell through last minute and Purr made it incredibly easy to schedule some last minute care! Robert was very responsive and accessible. Since our travel was over a weekend, we had two different people come to sit for our cat. As Purr provides daily updates via e-mail which includes pictures, it was obvious that both people were very professional and took great care of our cat. Would give more stars if Google would let me! :)

Amazing service, very reasonable prices! They made me feel much better about leaving my kitties for a few days. Rob visited me beforehand and made sure that he had notes about everything that my cats would need. The Purr Inc. staff took care of everything and sent me updates through their portal (which was also sent to my e-mail). I was very grateful that I could see that they were being cared for well in my stead.

My husband and I have relied on Purr inc for the last three years. Rob and Jeff are reliable, truly love animals, and go above and beyond for their customers. Each time we have gone out of town, it gives us peace of mind knowing that our two cats will be in good hands. When you schedule a time for them to check in, you can choose from a few time options, and it is all for a very reasonable price. Either Rob, Jeff, or one of their sitters comes in, feeds your pets, cleans any litter box, and stays and plays with the pets. They then send an email with updates, pictures, and any questions or concerns. If you email or text them back, they are quick to respond. The most impressive part of purr inc is their devotion to their customers and the pets. For instance, I made a mistake when I scheduled for purr inc this week. I meant to click on the 30th, the 31st, and the 1st, but forgot to click on the middle date. When we did not receive an email from purr inc on the 31st, we were concerned and texted Rob. He replied back right away and we quickly realized there had been a miscommunication. Even though it was 10:30 on New Years Eve, Rob immediately offered to swing by our apartment and check in on our two cats. They were understanding, and insisted on helping without any additional pay, but simply to make sure our cats were doing well and that our minds were at ease. I would recommend Purr Inc to anyone looking for pet care, and my husband and I will continue to be loyal customers as well.

Robert and the team at Purr Inc are great! I highly recommend them for cat care. They are prompt, professional, and truly love the cats that they care for. Purr Inc will always send photos with each visit to show that your cats are happy and healthy while you're out - they even send a picture to show that they've cleaned the litterbox! It's a great peace of mind to know that your pets are well cared for while you're traveling.

Have used Robb for his services multiple times. He and his crew have done a fantastic job at taking care of our cat. I highly recommend his service. He is very pleasant to do business with. He has helped me out tremendously when I needed help. He cleans the cat litter off the floor(which wasn't part of the deal) and makes sure he sends us pictures of our cat everyday. It's these little things that make his service excellent. You can tell they take pride in their work. Again I would highly recommend doing business with Rob. It is tough these days to find a service where they put 100% effort into their jobs. Great work Rob, Jessica and others that took care of our cat.

Wonderful kitty care service! They have 3 levels of service, depending on just how much attention your cat craves. Each day they send you lots of pictures of your fuzzy friends, and keep you updated on any doings they might have gotten into. Purr Inc makes me feel like I don't have to worry about my kitties while on a vacation. <3

Excellent cat sitters! The Purr team went above and beyond to keep our pets happy while we were on vacation. We got daily pictures of our cats, their clean litter boxes, and their food/water. We were able to relax knowing that our pets were being well taken care of. We will definitely be using them in the future!
