If I could give them 10 starts I would! My wife and I have been taking our mastiff, Maggie to PupStars every week for almost 2 years. She is generally pretty shy and a bit skittish because she’s a pandemic puppy, but because of the staff‘s love and patience with her it’s one of her favorite places to be. Whenever I interact with the staff I can tell that they truly love what they do and care about each dog that comes through. i definitely recommend them if you are looking for doggy daycare or boarding!

We LOVE Pupstars! We started sending our puppy to Pupstars to help socialize him, and now every time we turn on to their street, he can't wait to go in. The staff is so friendly, patient, and reliable. We've sent Peppercorn to daycare and have boarded him when we went out of town and I've always felt comfortable with the level of care he receives. They have an awesome outdoor area for the pups to play in which is great with our high energy puppy. He always comes homes happy and ready for a nap.

Where do I start … I just love PupStars. Thank you to the Team - Jato, Alex, George, Kim, Joyce, David and last but by no means least, Malik- our driver who always comes with a smile to pickup/deliver Freddy- my 13month BMD. Fred started out very very excited, and through their gentle, yet firm training, he is turning into a very happy, socially accepted dog. Thank you for your care, advise and assurance with Fred. I know he loves you guys too as he leaps from the car and runs to your door … then sits very calmly waiting to be greeted! ???? Thanks for the emails and calls when you need clarity over something and to chat, all things Fred. You are wonderful. Thank you.

Wonderful team that does a great job taking care of our little monster Loki. Loki was found in the area and it has been a struggle to keep him in daycare locations due to his anxiety and high energy; however Pupstars has never given up on him. All the amazing staff members do their absolute best to work with him and to ensure he is safe and well taken care of. The manager and owner are patient, understanding and just absolutely wonderful. We love Pupstars. Loki gets a lot of playtime in, which helps with his appetite when he gets home and also helps him sleep through the entire night. No pacing or midnight spurts of energy to play. We love the videos and pictures posted often and the fun pup events that take place here. Thank you to everyone there…your location has truly been so beneficial and helpful for us during the weekday.

We've been taking our golden retriever Daisy to Pupstars for two years now and we couldn't be happier with this daycare. The team is incredibly professional and you can really tell that everyone on staff loves what they do. Pupstars holds themselves to a high level of quality and ensures all the dogs are happy, safe, and entertained. The facility itself is large, clean and their pick up/drop off service is 5 stars. Daisy seems to know what days are daycare days and she excitedly races to the front door when we arrive. We HIGHLY recommend this facility!!!!

The PupStars team is great! Very reliable, friendly, and professional! Our dog loves going to daycare there. He has a lot of energy and plays there all day with the other dogs (and comes home happy and tired). We love that the dogs play outside a lot. Great facility too! Thank you for always taking such good care of our pup!

My doodle, Toodles has been going to pupstars for over a year now! She use to be extremely shy towards humans and the pupstars staff really worked on and helped her come out of her shell! They really do care about your pet and I couldn’t recommend this day care more! She comes home happy and tired every time.

My dog Ghost was groomed by Natalia who was absolutely phenomenal! She is very detailed and dedicated to her work and my pup absolutely loved her! She makes every pet feel comfortable and takes her time to make sure your pup comes out looking their very best. We tried tail dying for the first time and couldn’t be happier! Ghost LOVES all the attention he’s been getting. Highly recommend their grooming services!

I am very disappointed with the way this appointment attempt was handled. The phone and email communication done prior to the grooming appointment was very good . I went through all the paperwork filling and financials to secure a spot just to find out at the drop off attempt that I didn’t have an appointment. I did have an email confirmation but apparently people do not communicate well inside their business. Might be an entirely amazing place but my experience reflects the number of stars given. The only reason it is 2 not 1 star is because of the initial contact that was positive

My first experience with Pupstars was boarding at their former location. And, honestly, proximity to my home was the primary factor in our selection. It only took that first experience to convince us and, more importantly, our puppy that this was the place for us—for boarding, grooming, daycare, products/supplies, etc. We have had the pleasure of working with the wonderful staff at Pupstars for more than three years now. Our River gets SO excited when he realizes that’s where we’re headed. In their new, awesome location there is so much room for the puppies to play and, again, I must commend the staff. They are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating...I really feel so comfortable leaving River in their care and I am always confident that they will lovingly & expertly attend to him.

I've brought my rescue dog to Pupstars for several years (for grooming, boarding, dog day care) and cannot say enough about the excellent service. Pupstars has an A-class staff. Before we went to Pupstars, we struggled to find a place that could manage our dog's anxious temperament. Pupstars is the *only* place where a groomer has been able to trim our dog's nails with ease. Their groomer, Natalia, is excellent! Our dog comes back from being groomed looking happy, relaxed and beautiful. Highly recommend Pupstars for your beloved dog!

I’m so happy to have found pupstars. I can now focus on school or work without worrying about my pup because I know she is in amazing hands. Most of my interactions have been with Sundiata who always greets us with a smile but every single person at pupstars is kind, understanding and is all around a place I’m happy my pup can call her second home. Nothing comes close to Pupstars. My dog, Max, has been going here to socialize and to not get too used to me always being around. He comes back exhausted and it is so great to watch him play on Instagram throughout the day. The transportation is unmatched as far as service. When the staff comes into my apartment and I am not home they make sure he is comfortable, and even put him in his crate before when I asked. So respectful and responsive- Max will be going here for awhile.

Pupstars is a wonderful business that gives me peace of mind when I need to be away from my pets. Wonderful, caring people!

You know you’re in good hands with Pup Stars! We have utilized their walking services for the past two years and they provide the extra time, care, and love my two rescues needed. Both of my dogs take a while to warm up to others and they spent the extra time getting to know my dogs to ensure they were comfortable and safe when walking! They go the extra mile and leave us personalized notes letting us know how the walks went. One time, I forgot to book a walk and they shifted their whole schedule around just to stop by and let my dogs out! They are more like family and I highly recommend Pup Stars!!

Pupstars is the best. Not only are they professional and kind, our pup loses his mind whenever we ask him "Do you want to go to Pupstars today?!". He howls the entire time until we arrive and can't get away from us fast enough to go see his friends. We wouldn't consider sending him anywhere else. We used to use the transportation service, but now live in the area so we drive our pup ourselves. When we did use it, it was wonderful. They were timely and SAFE and always super respectful while in our home to pick our pup up. They even went out of their way one time to come back and get our dog when our building experienced an emergency and the elevators were down so they could not get upstairs. They didn't want him to miss out on a day of fun, so they made a special trip all the way back to our home to pick up him. Talk about caring!! We love Pupstars and you will too.

We’ve been dropping Opie off for a month now at PupStars and they’re so amazing with him! He comes back nice and tired (and we used to say it was impossible to tire him out!), and I love see pictures of him playing on their Instagram. The team truly cares about the pups and Tara is an incredible person. So glad they’re close by!

I cannot say enough great things about Pupstars. They have by far the best space in the city with a grass like turf, playground equipment, bubbles and even a kiddie pool. They post pictures to instagram throughout the day and you can see just how much fun your dog is having. Penny now comes home tuckered out . In addition, they work on stay and other training items and I have found I just have a better dog overall since sending Penny. Honestly, sending her to Pupstars was the best decision of my life. I love Tara, Malik and the rest of the team and so does my dog!

Highly recommend Pupstars! We have a bossy, high energy 60 pound pitbull. Not only does Pupstars welcome her barky self every week (something that some places may have an issue with), their amazing team takes such great care of her that she doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. The facility is large with plenty of room to romp and play indoors and outdoors. The Pupstars team does such a great job getting our dog tired that we joke she’s “hungover” the next day or so. We are so glad to have Pupstars as a part of community and to patronize this business for three years and counting!

I can’t say enough great things about Pupstars. We have been dropping off our dog Walter a few days a week and using walking services for two years. Amazing staff and our dog always comes back tired from running around all day. Recommend to anyone in the neighborhood.

We came in town two weeks ago and I bought Ralo here they were very awesome very professional very clean very good environment for the dog really love those guys when we’re back in Chicago most definitely bringing RaLo back here⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❄️

When our owners would travel for holidays, PupStars came to take care of us. They fed us with yummy wet food, made sure we had cat kibble and water, cleaned our litter box, and always spent time playing with us. They wrote notes to our owners telling them what they’d done for and with us that day. We never felt lonely or abandoned, so we didn’t try to shred the couch in anxiety. One time our thoughtless owners kept extending their trip - some sort of “emergency”, though nothing could matter as much as coming home to take care of us! PupStars continued to care for us every day like clockwork. We could really count on them. Highly recommended by Jazz and Blue (and their owners too)!

Pupstars came recommended to us by Anything is Pawzible. They've been truly amazing! We've been bringing our pup, Leela, in for a couple months now and the staff treats her like she's family. They've been incredibly helpful regarding any questions we have and really care about their clients and pups. It's a big plus that Leela always comes home super tired too!

PupStars has been a game changer! The staff are immaculate! The facility is clean! To have 30+ dogs in there on a daily basis you’d never know it was a facility that housed a bunch of rambunctious doggos. Everyone there is knowledgeable about what they do on a daily basis & more. I feel as if I can come here for anything I need regarding dogs whether they provide the services or not (& they definitely provide all of the services). I’ve built a great relationship with everyone & hope to have many more years with them as an important part of my life. ????????????
