The Meeow crew is always so friendly and really cares about the cats! They’re conveniently located and I really appreciate a Cats-only boarding option. They’re also amazing for at-home visits. It’s really easy to communicate with them through their text message system. When you miss your cats and worry about them, it’s so great to see pictures on the Meeow social media accounts to put your mind at ease!

We used Meeow Chicago for in-home pet sitting while we were away over the holidays. The initial booking process had me feeling a little hesitant, but overall very happy with the services! We loved getting the daily updates and photos of our two kitties. We felt comforted and confident they were in good hands while we were gone.

We have boarded our cats with Meeow as well as had in-home care. They are professional, responsive, and take great care of our cats!

Have nothing to say About the business but their driving could use some work. We were just a busy turn signal, driver didn’t turn on the green arrow ( lasts for thirty seconds). We waited through the red light and again the driver didn’t turn on the green arrow. When cars honked she gave us the bird. Extremely unprofessional.

Great place! Cats stay in condos. Very friendly staff, they go above and beyond taking care of my kitty.

Have used the mobile grooming services twice this year and really enjoyed. I had tried several other groomers before with my two long hair cats, but the cats were always frazzled around dogs being groomed. I’m happy to have found this company to help keep the cats more at ease and it’s very convenient to have a groomer come to us.

Cats need grooming and this is the company to do it. We have been using them for years. Since the pandemic it has been just the mobile spa which, honestly, i like even better! It's less stressful on the cats because you just walk them a short way to the grooming van and then right back home when they are done (as opposed to a car ride). Highly recommend, book asap though because they are popular and you may have to wait a little for an appointment but it will be worth it!

Meeow Chicago takes great care of my cat wether it’s during grooming, House sitting or boarding. I don’t feel confident trusting my cat’s care to anyone else.

Meeow Chicago did an excellent job giving Theodore a spa treatment! He is so much more comfortable afterwards. He has too much fur to handle on his own and doesn’t let me brush him , let alone give him a bath. I had the mobile spa come over and the groomer is so great!

I have a very well loved and groomed Persian cat that I have had groomed 2+ times by MEEOW Chicago. Both times, the groom was decent but the service and personnel were not. I have engaged w 3 people here - including those that schedule the appointment and the groomer - and in all instances the professionalism was lacking. In one instance, they told me “we cannot give lion cuts. We will do x service instead” when I asked about this type of groom. They were very snarky about it. The actually *can* do a lion cut but choose not to. In the most recent experience, I asked to see about scheduling my cat for a belly trim and wash and was told “we don’t accept clients anymore that don’t remain on a regular schedule…”. Not even sure why that’s a policy. Would a hair stylist tell you “sorry, we don’t work with those that don’t get their hair cuts here on a regular basis”. Or a dry cleaner. Or a nail technician. Come on, thats so incredibly elitist and judgmental. Our pets deserve a groomer that’s enthusiastic and accommodative to each person’s situation - not someone who talks more about their rules and what they won’t do for you versus what the can.

Long story short: they should not be in the business. Do not board your cat with them as there’s no personnel after 4 pm. If there’s a fire or a cat gets sick - no one is there to help. If you state your concern - they will become really defensive and rude, very unprofessional. You also don’t get what you pay for and they don’t let you go see inside where your cat is going to be. No one plays with your cat either. They run their business on neglecting your cat, not caring what happens after they charge you, argue with you and accuse your cat of all kind of terrible things. There are better boarding places in Chicago.

I just want to say that they did a great job taking care of my 9 month old cat. We had to go on vacation and boarded him for two weeks, we were able to see him every day on a video feed and they posted pictures of him every day on their Facebook page. I felt at ease knowing that he was being so well taken care of.

I needed to leave Chicago for almost a month to go to London to be trained for a new job. The problem? What do I do with Squeaky? Now 8 years old, she's never done well being boarded. There's stepping up and there's what Meeow Chicago did while I was gone. They agreed to in-home care for each day I was gone and they did not disappoint. Every day I received texts with pictures, putting me at ease while I was gone and missing her -- but more importantly, showing me that she was well taken care of. While I was gone, it was very hot here -- I live on a high floor and face east, so it heats up very early. MC kept me posted with how she was with the heat and they adjusted the window coverings to try and keep it a little cooler in here. That kind of attention to detail and situations as they arise shows to me how much they care. Use them and you will not be disappointed.

Meeow Chicago is excellent! They were communicative the whole way through, answered all my questions, got us scheduled within a few days, and provided excellent grooming service. She groomed our long-haired former alley cat, first-time-being-groomed german shepherd puppy, and elderly lab with care and efficiency. All 3 were returned clean, dry, happy and smelling great -- it is apparent how much she cares about her clients' pets! thank you!

Caring staff, very clean and spacious suites with climbing trees for the kitties to explore. Upgraded amenities include tv for the cats to watch (other cats, squirrels, etc.), as well as monitors for us to watch them. We can even "play" with them remotely, via red laser pointer!

We' ve been using SpaMeeow for over a year and absolutely love their grooming services. They are super convenient, communicative and responsive. My cat is longhaired and older so can be a little difficult to groom but they are so great with her. She always comes out smelling amazing and looking fabulous. Their services go above and beyond a great groom though. Recently during a grooming session the groomer found a lump under my cats arm, she flagged it to me and followed up with a picture for my vet to look at. When we took her in to have it evaluated she ended up getting surgery and it turned out to be a stage 1 tumor. Im so grateful to Spameeow for not only their amazing grooming services but their overall commitment and awareness to your cats overall health. We will be lifetime customers.

I’ve been getting my two Persian cats groomed here for the last year and the experience has been very seamless each time. They send helpful reminder texts when your next appointment is coming up, (depending on the schedule you choose) and they’re also very communicative and prompt. I have one blind cat and it’s a lot less stressful for her to go down to the curb to get groomed than to take a long trip somewhere. The groomer is extremely attentive and friendly as well and sends pictures when the cats are done. Such a great service! Highly recommend.

Customer service was very helpful

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience boarding my cat with them. Long story short: extremely unprofessional and rude. They surely like to blame the client for stating their dissatisfaction. The cherry on top is that they blame the cat too! They like to overcharge and tip themselves too...without me knowing about it.

Spa Meow has been grooming my cat for several years now. They do a great job and I can tell they love her! She always comes back looking and smelling great! :-)

5 days in a hotel, cat was neglected and is still in trauma. Business charges some gratuity fee for putting your loved one in a room that doesn't resembles anything you paid for. Unprofessional to say the least. This was my experience with Meeow Chicago, there are way better out there.

My cat, Beatrice, has always been very well taken care of at Meeow Chicago! I love having the peace of mind of leaving her with the fantastic people at Meeow’s cat hotel where I know she is getting lots of attention. The customer service is above and beyond and I’m so thankful this place exists! Beatrice and I give it 5 paws up.

I'm so happy I found Meeow Chicago for my cat's grooming needs. I love the convenience of having a mobile service and my groomer does such a fantastic job with my Ragdoll cat, Moonshine. She was attentive to my requests and very caring of my cat. I'll definitely be a loyal client going forward!

This was my second time using your mobile van for grooming, and I can tell my cat feels much better after a bath and grooming! She has long hair so tends to get some knots in her fur, and she was thoroughly brushed and trimmed up! This is much faster and less stressful than taking her to the vet or groomer, and the quality and convenience is totally worth the price! Annie thanks you!

I’ve been to lots of groomers & these people are the best ever. My Ginger looked gorgeous when they finished with her. She hasn't had a bath in a while so I decided to use their mobile unit. The groomer was super nice, but my Ginger wasn't having that day LOL. They were quite understanding to my cat's needs. Give them a try, you will love their mobile spa and boarding service too.

This is the second time we have had our long haired cat groomed at Meeow, the first time being at the shop and the second time with the mobile spa. Our cat was not happy the first time we tried a full grooming service and did not last very long, but the team was so patient with him and understood that maybe the mobile experience would be better suited for his personality and level of willingness to be groomed. They did a wonderful job with the limited time he allowed them to touch him and he felt really good and was so happy after we got him home despite his major grumbling a during the service. The mobile experience was such a great experience as well. Vicky was very communicative with the services she recommended for our cat, was right on time for the time slot booked and was again so patient and knowledgeable about animal behavior. While our cat was still a bit opinionated about what he was willing and not willing to put up with, he lasted much longer than the first session and left the grooming van smelling good with so much loose hair removed, along with a trim that made him look and feel so much better! I’m hoping that with regular grooming sessions he will get better at tolerating the excellent service that Vicky and crew provide, as he definitely loves the after result :) Thank you for treating my cat so well!!
