Have always been a blessing in our lives. For the past 20 years their service has never been a disappointment.

No te atienden cuando necesitas, la última vez tuve que ir a pagar 3000 dolares en emergencia de otra clínica solo porque ellos no quisieron atenderme y no me daban cita pronto, siendo yo cliente regular de ellos

Called for an emergency animal found in an alley. The receptionist had no referral information for emergency cases and said no one else the facility did either. Location is incredibly unknowledgeable and not helpful. Incredibly disappointing.

I was just given a dog and am trying to find her a vet since she has one of her eyes swollen and expanded!! The girl told me that they are not taking any new patients which is horrible because I’ve been trying to find a place and nobody can take her!

They were able to see my German Shepherd last minute on a Saturday afternoon. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen by the vet. The prices seem fair.

I took my baby pup Roxie ???? The vet was awesome! He answered all questions asked and made us feel Comfortable. He also has a great sense of humor (professionally of course)

I went here to get my cat spayed, they took hours and charged us for things we didn’t even ask for. Please go to another vet place. This place always scams us eveytime we come here. In the beginning when I dropped my cat off, they gave me a paper to sign what I want on my cat (nail trim, pain meds, etc) I said no to the nail trim for my cat, and at the end, they still charged me for it when I didn’t ask for it. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY SCAM YOU. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They didn’t tell me any of the additional charges when I DIDNT ASK FOR IT.

If I could give this place a zero I would just by a phone call and speaking with who ever was working on the calls that day I can tell I would never take my dog here.

very clean, accessible, super friendly staff, they put me at ease with my recent trip. my dog was attacked and they explained everything to me, made sure I understood, and even chatted with me a bit. I ended up paying less than what I was quoted so it was a nice surprise, very happy with the quality of care. thank you so so much. my dog will be feeling much better soon because of you guys. <3

Brought my dog in with a broken claw today at 9am and we were in and out in under an hour. Friendly staff and clean facility.

I Want a REFUND! They pulled 4 of my dog’s teeth out!!! No permission and not explained about front teeth being pulled during the Consultation!! I took my dog for a teeth cleaning, the Vet pulled four of my dog's teeth out! During the consultation to either take him to the Vet or to the specialist the Vet said he did not need extractions. I took him to the Marquette office and they pulled 4 of his teeth out! I called Vet and the nurse said they pulled his teeth because they were loose, but the Vet could have left his teeth in to fall naturally if that was the case. He did not have to pull my dog's teeth out and I did not even get a call before they pulled my dog's teeth out. I am stuck looking for a Veterinary Dental Specialist and even more to pay. Please do not take your loved pet to this Veterinarian for dental services.

I have been taking my cat there for over 2 years the doctor is concern about whats going on with your pet. He gets you the results fast and explains to you so that you understand the issue. The nurses are nice also they take good care of your pet to.

They only got stars because they allow walk-ins. With walk-ins you have to stand and wait outside for more than 60 minutes in over 90° temperatures in the summer. From three years of service I noticed they are very slow compared to other vets. However this can be a good thing in some people eyes. You should be prepare to wait with or without an appointment

Very very expensive I took my dogs to get spayed and the initial check up was 695 for 2 females after that I paid another 600 the day of surgery, they tell u one price and it ends up being another Response to dr.... I am not saying i am not satisfied with the service, I am just saying ask for prices , make sure you get the correct amounts because had I known I would have had to pay 695 I would have probably waited a little bit longer, but overall I am satisfied ,and I thank you for the credit...It was just a huge slap to pay 695 when I was quoted less then 450. I understand the spayed services were separate I agreed to that, I thank you for your service and again I am happy with the outcome. I just want people to be able to know that they must make sure to ask becuase had I not had the funds I would have been stuck. Ask questions guys that's all, the employees are great , the doctor is great but this is what we must do if we want pets, they are just like kids♡

Haven't been disappointed yet. Each time I've come here over the years. Its the same great service. The wait isn't usually long. The vet and techs are knowledgeable and friendly. The vet keeps detail notes on each of his patients. Clean organized and professional.

This place is good for general check-ups, but employees and Vet have poor attitude and service. Marquette Animal Hospital defensively replied to my last review above asking why I brought my pet to them if I had a problem. Trying to understand a customer's opinion was clearly ignored. Well then...

Oh my God! I just happened to run across some of these comments from pet owners and how disappointing and dissatisfied they are by the experiences at Marquette Animal Hospital. I can not believe Dr. Bhandal has the need to go for the offensive over customer comments. We have been with him since his last location and many pets since then. Someone in office must have time on their hands to have so many offensive replies. It saddness me I can't believe what I'm reading! It's not proffesional it's not like the Dr. we knew all these years. I wonder if he is on board with all this? I have noticed some changes and maybe COVID has made some paranoia but if business is open the the public is entitled to the best of care and respect. I look forward to reading more positive reviews. The best answer to a negative comment is to call the customer and politely deal with it not posting awful remarks to the public to read. I'm still in shock! Not nice not proffesional. If I receive a nasty answer I will pay a visit in person. Your loyal customer of many years.

So helpful when I desperately needed a vet

Long story short came to the vet with an issue and questions left with a large bill and no answers. If you want to understand what’s going on with your Dog might not be the best option. But affordable. Edit- First My dog is 12-14 Second it’s a girl. Now because you wrote such a nice response I’ll let it be known that my previous vet who I can no longer see since I live in Chicago now told me that the growth did not need to be removed since it was not malignant. The only reason I came to your facility was because my dog happened to cut the growth on her leg. Also the growth is not dragging on the floor, there is no need to exaggerate especially since I have pictures which I’ll add. The vet here recommended surgery which required me to get blood work done. Blood work came back good and a date for surgery was set. Now after a few days he’s uncomfortable with the surgery. The lie here is you told me to seek a specialist but if that was the case why did you allow me to set a date for surgery? Meanwhile my dog has an tumor (which I learned about from their response to this review) that is cut open and exposed to air. Fortunately wound care on animals is similar to humans and I work in healthcare because I wasn’t given any advice on wound cleaning. You may have felt you gave me a rundown but in reality you gave me a quick rundown of things you did and a receipt without telling me why you did all those things. You’re right it is my dog and I decide what needs to be done however I made my choices of the limited advice I was given from a professional and despite everything I may feel towards this hospital I’m sure you worked hard to get where you are. That being said I’m not even upset about the lack of information I was given, the price, or even the small lies told in your response. I’m upset because I feel like my time was wasted. If you were uncomfortable with all of this you should have said it earlier so I could find someone else before this becomes a bigger problem. I still give you guys an extra star because your original response told me everything you should have told me at the appointment so at least I’m not in total darkness. Maybe you were having an off day, it happens, whatever it was hope your next patients get a better version.

Called and asked to make an appointment for my dog. I was told they are not taking new patients. If pet doctors/veterinarians have a Hippocratic oath. This place certainly does not care. Shameful.
