They’re highly reliable, patient never rushing you out to get to other patients, they never overbook, they send you reminders of upcoming appointments by way of texting and calls and the pinpointing of your pets diagnosis and follow up has always been on point that’s why decades later I’m still taking my animals to Kragness Animal Hospital. The doctors are all highly knowledgeable about the care prescribed to and given to your pet with positive results and my pets have all gone on to live long healthy lives.

From the front desk to the doctor and all the people in between they are nice they explain things to you and answer every question they are very professional and I will go back anytime

Staff member was a bit rude over the phone. I doubt that I will take my dog here. My patience is real limited for that, ESPECIALLY when I'm spending the money that helps pay your salary.

We’ve been going to Dr. Craig Kragness since the 70’s as well as Ted his uncle on Wentworth You can never find a better place to take your pets. He will call you 3 days a week to check on your pet condition even on Sunday. We can go on and on with story after story of our experiences there and service. With his love of the Boxer Breed he helped us along caring for 7 of our Girls ❤️ From babies to end of life as well as our 4 chihuahuas. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Craig Kragness for his loyalty to the animal world . 3 of our family members and many friends as well use Kragness for there pets When no one else can save an animal Dr. Craig sure came through Started many years ago with one of our Chihuahuas 2 other animal hospitals say there was not much help to give Dr Craig helped our dog she lived 6 more years with the right medication and no surgery. We travel a pretty far distance for many years And is well worth it Thank you again

It is always a pleasure visiting Dr. Kragness and his staff, you leave with a true sense of caring and comfort. My only concern is when I called due to Nico being ill, instead of being given an illness appointment I had to wait four business days and weekend to see Dr. Kragness.
