1st grooming visit for my pup, Clove. (BischPoo) Did a decent job. However, I didn't get to meet/speak with the actual groomer, (who still remains namless) beforehand. This seemed odd to me. And, even the person working the receiving desk didn't bother to introduce herself. I did speak with the owner, Jackie, when I first made the appointment. She was welcoming, hospitable and gave the me confidence that my pooch, would be treated well. However, that same courtesy and friendlyness was kind of lacking, when I first entered The Bark Bark Club to drop off Clove at 8:30 am for her initial experience. So, the next 8 hours were a bit unnerving. But, the result was satisfactory, I guess.

Any time I go on a trip, I schedule Bark Bark Club to visit and care for my cat. They exceed my expectations every single time and seem to truly enjoy spending time with my pet while I'm gone.

Brought my puppy there, was done in 30min. When I picked her up nothing was done and half of her back was still wet. Disappointed

Not equipped for puppy care for owners returning to work full-time. From my assessment and experience they do not provide the necessary environment or engagement that a 15-week old puppy needs nor the support for someone who works full-time and has been asked to return to working in person by their employer. I’m writing this review so that you are informed especially if you’ve been recently asked to return to the office and are having a difficult time navigating the complex and limited day care options in the city.

It’s also a great option when I need a break or some time to do important tasks. Bark Bark Club is a fabulous doggy day care, as well as offering a long list of other services. When I ask Buddy if he would like to “go play with his friends” he goes absolutely berserk with excitement! We always start singing the song “I’m so excited, I just can’t hide it, I’m about to lose control and I think I LIKE IT!” He even knows when I’m on the phone to Bark Bark Club to make an appointment! Extremely friendly staff. Super convenient location. Brought my pug in to have his nails cut. No pain or discomfort. My pug looked happy and totally relaxed. Great job!

My dog Jake can't get enough of daycare at Bark Bark Club. As soon as we get out of the car he bolts for the door without looking back. The staff are so helpful and friendly... I feel completely confident that he receives excellent care whenever he is there.

What can I say!? We love this place. We can find everything we are looking for and the best part is we can walk to the place. Our dog chuy gets groomed and we also get his food and snacks here. I wish I could rate this place higher. ????????

They did a great job taking care of my older shih tzu for a grooming. Friendly staff, they even called me to get the particulars on how I wanted her groomed.

We take our 25lb mutt here for daycare and occasional grooming. We all love it so much! Business is organized, staff is kind and friendly, and they take such good care of our dog. Sometimes I wish you could book services online.

I just discovered yesterday that they have cat food and accessories, too. Hyacinth loves the Kong groomer. Goose, my Great Pyrenees, has a grooming appointment in two weeks.

It's the best neighborhood one-stop pet store for my dog. It has grooming, boarding, day care, you name it. I thoroughly trust them with my dog. it packs in a reasonable amount of merch and their prices are reasonable.

My dog has extreme anxiety and my little one can be a handful but the groomers are the best with both of them and I love their little store on top of it!

This review is long overdue because the owners and staff of Bark Bark Club have provided a second home for our goldendoodle for the past 7 years. Sadly, he passed away last week, prompting me to reflect yet again on how fortunate my husband and I, and our dog himself, have been to be part of the Bark Bark family. They were, and always will be, part of our family. They loved and cared for our pup as if he were their own, and there's no greater comfort for a pet parent than that. And, our dog always loved going there - he sometimes hurt our feelings with his eagerness to join his buddies in the Bark Bark pack. (He even got a girlfriend there, we were informed. But all dogs are neutered/spayed, so no worries.) We regularly used all their services (daycare, boarding, walking, retail, grooming), and always had excellent service and results. The best part of my day, many days, was the friendliness of the BBC staff. Patty, Elizabeth, Carly, Heather, and the many others we worked with were unfailingly professional, compassionate, and efficient. Some of the highlights were extra treats for our boy when we'd pick him up from daycare, advice about diets and products, reminders of deadlines, free food delivery, frequent buyer programs, and so many more. Bottom line is that they and we were completely aligned in making our dog's life the very best possible. A special shout out to David and the walkers. We had a number of bad experiences with walkers prior to coming to BBC, and I can report that the BBC walkers are the best. As owners, you care who has access to your home and your pet when you're not there, and I can say that we never had a single missed walk or any kind of problem. In fact, we would occasionally run into walkers in the neighborhood when they were off duty, and they and our dog would run to each other. It's clear that our pup was consistently loved and treated well when we weren't around. And, as an unexpected bonus, we now have a nice photo archive built on the pics the walkers include in their daily reports to owners. I also really like that BBC is quite progressive in the wages it pays its walkers. I cannot recommend Bark Bark Club highly enough. We are very sad at the loss of our sweet doodle, of course, but also very sad that we won't get to work with BBC on the daily. If we ever get another dog, you know where we'll be.

Have loved Bark Bark since my first dog PD went there 15 years ago! Now we stop by for occasional nail trim or wash when we are up in Edgewater and the staff is consistently delightful and accommodating. My Rosie HATES her nails being trimmed, they do a nice job and quickly. We stock up on treats and we are good to go!
