Amazing, professional and friendly staff. Our dog loves coming here. When other places didn’t treat her with the kindness she needs and deserves, active dogs did!

After months of being on the waitlist, getting spare keys made as instructed, and taking off of work for an at home assessment, I received a call one hour before the scheduled assessment to inform me that Active would not service my dog due to my address -- the very same address I provided months earlier with my application. Don't waste your time applying, instead I would recommend trying any other dog daycare in chicago which actually respects their clients.

Amazing staff, the owner interviews every single new dog for temperament and you can tell they care about what they do. We've been taking our pup for a few months and every staff member is friendly and professional and knew him by name within a week. Our dog gets so excited when I pull out the collar he wears only to daycare which is really what matters the most.

Active Dog has been an amazing Daycare and overall experience for our little pupper. There was a bit of a wait-list. After that we got a spot. The verification of our pups vaccines records and an in-home visit before the spot made us very sure this would be a good experience. The staff there is amazingly friendly, professional and the owners as well. They do a great job and I love supporting a local business! We rest easy knowing our pupper is in caring loving hands and she in turn gets socialization excersize and mental stimulation. She comes home tired and content. It's a win win.

My dog LOVES Active! He comes home happy and sleepy every single time. They do a wonderful job providing a space and activities for happy dogs!

This place is fantastic! They treat our pups like family, and I feel great knowing they are in good hands. Both of my dogs have separation anxiety, but will scratch at the front door of Active because they can’t wait to get in. They have no problem being away from us if that means they get to play at daycare. We appreciate this facility and everyone that works there!

We have been ride or die Active! customers from day one, and will continue to be until we move even further away. See, we don’t even live in Chicago anymore and still drop off our trio at Active! anytime we have a trip that brings us through town. No one else treats our dogs as well as we do. Our dogs might even argue they get treated better there, if they could argue. And talk. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My dog LOVES Active! And is so excited when she gets picked up each day! Active is always quick to respond and always on top of it! It’s nice to have a place I can trust so much!
