Chicago Animal Rehab Chicago Ridge, Illinois

After my dog Remington's surgery we went to Chicago Animal Rehab and met Mary. She did an amazing job with Remington. Mary was very gentle with him as he was apprehensive of the water tank and treadmill. With Mary’s caring ways Remy was soon enjoying his walks in the water. Then we would do laser therapy with Remy. Keeping his goggles on his eyes was an adventure but worth it. Both therapies were very successful. Remy’s gait is so much better now and his incision has healed so nice. Highly recommend both therapies for dogs after a surgery.

Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to visit this facility. I have however had the privilege to have my previous dogs treated by Dr. Whalen who heads up this facility. He is an Incredible Veterinarian Speciaiist. The next time i have a dog who would benefit from the Physical Therapy and other forms of animal rehab, I will make an appointment straight away. The facility in which it's located is a beautiful spa like resort for domestic animals. Please check it out if you have animals as family members.

Dr. Whalen& staff are wonderful! We also visited Mary for hydrotherapy. Every experience was so wonderful considering the circumstances. Minnie loved going there. She would be so happy when we arrived which makes this a double 5* review. Although I think based on the added treat aspect, Minnie would give it a 10 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately we moved out of state and the staff wouldn't relocate with us! Miss you all!

My dog has a bad knee and hips. The rehab has been great! She is walking better and not in pain.
