The staff is always helpful and kind. It doesn't matter if I shop in Indianapolis or come back to southern IL, everyone is always kind

Petco employees are always friendly and have my purchases ready when I arrive.

Pretty good selection, it's a bit expensive for me though. I mainly just go there to let my daughter look at the ferrets...

We come here quite a bit for our animal needs. I think they could use a little more people around the store to assist.

The cashier I had was wonderful, his name was Ryan. He gave me lots of information about Petco and their training program. The only reason for any negative at all was that the store was pretty empty of employees and I felt that some customers were judging me for bringing my dog in which completely outside of Petco's control. I wish an employee was also available on the floor to assist, but otherwise wonderful.

It's the only pet store in Carbondale so.... The staff are great, if you can get their attention, because there are never enough of them. Even before COVID. For the prices they charge they could certainly hire more people. They should at least staff the check out lines adequately! Every time I go there there is never more than two people at check out (there are only four lanes total). And so you wait...

My puppers favorite food is always kept in stock and thg he associates are always courteous, helpful and friendly.

I had bought some flee spray and it doesn't seem to work just make the flees fatter

Clean and organized store with a nice selection of product.

We have 5 established Beta tanks (including a sorority tank) in our house; and Satyr has helped us with all of them! From knowledge on tank issues and teaching us how to keep them healthy to helping us name them, we couldn't ask for more! Satyr is most definitely our go to person every time we visit the store!

I love going into pet co to see the cute animals! But also to be able to get my dog, and kitty cat food that they love! It's safe and free from bi products which I love so it protects my babies from getting sick! The staff is always very nice and helpful. All animals are always in good shape and condition.

A fish I bought was dead by the time I got home. I live to far away to bring it back.

Employees are lazy and don’t want to help you

This store in general is fine, friendly workers, clean store, however Petco in general is awful. They only have crickets like 2 days out of the week and the price is astronomical. $8 for 30 crickit's Is ridiculous.

I do not live close to Petco, so I am unable to visit more often. While I was there I found what I needed.

The cashier was a very nice we came here today about noon on 8/29/2021 she needs a raise it's hard to find nice people these days that enjoy working where they are

I go to the Carbondale Petco for my dogs treats and food. Every time I am in there, especially lately, the staff is helpful and polite. I have especially had a good experience with the store manager Emily. She always greets people with a warm smile and offers excellent customer service. She was the one who helped me today. She told me about a sale that I was unaware of and even though I did not choose to use the sale I appreciated that she would try to save me money. Emily also made me feel safe in your store. Our covid numbers in Carbondale are sky rocketing. I had covid in January and it led me to have a lot of health issues that I am still dealing with today. I always get to the store early so that I am not exposed to crowds. When I walked in today Emily was masked up and that made me feel like I could trust the environment and not have to worry as much about what I am exposed to. The store also always appears clean and well cared for. I have noticed that since Emily has come into that store my experience at this store has improved. Before I ever met Emily at this location I was never really greeted or asked for help. It is clear that Emily has high expectations for customer service. Due to the lack of customer service that I was previously receiving I had opted to shop more online and other retailers. However, now that the environment is much more welcoming and hospitable I have increased my visits to this location. As long as this continues to be the case I will continue to be a loyal patron to this store. I appreciate when staff treats you like you are welcome and not a burden and that is how the staff has recently started treating its customers.

I love Petco and your selection! Prices online ROCK, in-store prices are a bit Blah though. I am thankful our town has a Petco!

Christina was SO helpful with all my questions I had as a first time bearded dragon owner and spent loads of time with myself and then my wife when she went back a few hours later to grab a few more things. Both times she was in the middle of doing her job duties and was kind enough to put it on hold to help us with our questions and needs. If I could give 6 stars for her customer service I would! Your a Rockstar and a master at your craft!
