This place was so wonderful Jeannie was the best puppy groomer I was truly amazed on how she made my puppy look having a bad experienced with petsmart they have no communication and they do a horrible job .. thank you Jeannie so much !! For your wonderful Job

Highly recommend this place . I called last minute for a service and they made accommodations for my German Shepard. Not only did they handle my dog who suffers from high anxiety , they did a great job de-shedding her.

They were able to make last minute accommodations for my German shepherd to get deshed her last minute while I was on vacation right before Christmas for this I am thankful and 100% recommend them! They did an awesome job.

We were really happy with the result. I found a place that listened to my instructions/requests properly. They cut his fur as we wanted and did a touch up at the Mohawk that he has been growing.

My pet got sick after goimg to get her grooming there. Constant snrezzing. And got ear infection.????

Very gentle, friendly, and good prices.

They did a great job on my golden doddle, and I was able to schedule him next day.

Had a great experience at Happy Tails???? I have a Doberman & Pitbul, both older, but I have been turned down because they are “viscous” breeds. I walked in and the lady that cut their nails didn’t even think twice about it. You can tell that she loves animals of all kind & she is fearless! Although one of my dogs was very excited around other animals, we were all very comfortable in the environment. It was a quick and great experience, for a great price. I would recommend this place first to anybody.

I have brought my 2 Irish setters for years. I liked how they cut their hair. The last time I came in the owner was not there but her brother. He didn't cut my dog's hair, he just bathed him. Even though he was a polite man, he made a mistake. He over charged me $20. I brought it to the owners attention within a few days. Today August 5 I setting up an appointment for August 11 and reminded the owner what transpired the last time I was there. She became very combative and extremely rude. My money spends anywhere. I didn't become vulgar or rude towards her even though she was very rude and disrespectful towards me. She lost my neighbors business, my other"s families business. It must be nice in this economy that she can lose money because of her arrogance and rudeness. Sincerely Vincent Mamolella. Goodbye for good!!!!! Not so happy tails
