Hawthorne has always been great for us and our cats. Yesterday was a rush situation and I greatly appreciate that they were willing to add an appointment with such last second notice. They are always professional and caring.

My Aussie's recent stay was exceptional! I had confidence that my dog was in good hands and would get the right care while I was away.

My dog has a lot of anxiety that comes off as seemingly very aggressive, the staff were so great with being patient with him and working through his issues

Dr Anderson explained in detail what his diagnoses was and answered all of my questions. Our dog has had surgery on both of his knees and the follow through and attention has always been above our expectations. We were in recently for a concern with one of his knees and we received a diagnoses, a plan for moving forward and 2 possible outcomes after a brief waiting period to see which way we'll need to go.

Waited 30 minutes in the room for Vet to show. Never had to wait that long with previous Vets. I had to ask the receptionist why the wait was so long.

I know when we bring our pets to Dr. Kilby at Hawthorne Park, they are getting great medical attention! Dr. Kilby is so reassuring and always communicates clearly what is going on and how she'd recommend addressing it. We love Hawthorne!

Dr Anderson is such a caring vet. He takes the time to really listen and then explain things in a way that is comforting and thorough. He has always made us feel like our dog is special- his bedside manner is top notch!

As always friendly, knowledgeable and caring about the pet and its owners. They're always respectful of the pets and their owners. We have always felt that whatever they could do to make both the animals experience and the owners experience a positive one they did. Whatever information you asked for or needed they provided. They often times went out of their way to make sure that we understood just what it was they were telling us. I definitely rate them a 5-star rating!????????

Our pet received excellent care. The staff was terrific! We boarded for 2 weeks and our pet looked wonderful and was happy to see us. Will definitely continue to use this business.

Always have great service here. Extremely caring individuals. Dr. Tim Anderson has been awesome in care, diagnosis, and treatment regarding the 3 dogs we've had come here.

The doctors at Hawthorne have always treated my dogs as they were their own, and really show they care when conversations get tough. They discuss options for treatments to help with costs if needed. I love the staff, they are always friendly and quick to help.

The staff at Hawthorne Park were wonderful. We just moved to the area with our allergy-ridden dog and are in the midst of immunotherapy (which entails a very strict schedule in which she is supposed to receive her injections). With that said, we were looking for a place to get our dog in on very short notice, and we are so glad it was this establishment! The front desk staff were so helpful on the phone and so pleasant to speak to. While calling other offices, I was greeted by some not-so-friendly people, but Hawthorne’s staff were extremely kind. Also, Dr. Kilby was absolutely amazing with our anxious girl. In the past, we have had vets who only acknowledged our presence and failed to acknowledge our dog and her anxiety, but Dr. Kilby took the time to greet our dog and showed her the same patience and love as we would at home. Dr. Kilby was also very knowledgeable and informative in regards to our dog’s skin condition, and we left feeling well aware of our options for treatment.

I am happy with Hawthorne Park vet. I moved from another city/state. I have been happy with the care here. They fit me in to see my dog when he has an issue that I feel needs urgent care and I appreciate that so much when I hear other people having to call multiple times or wait a week other places. They go over cost options with me. I have pet insurance but I appreciate that they go over costs and I never feel that I am being charged unnecessarily. I also like that they have the statement about God. Additionally, I also love that they send reminders and communicate via text message which I very convenient.

Everyone was concerned about my pets condition and was very helpful in determining the ailment and did a super job of treating her to a full recovery

One of the smallest zoos I've been to but having said that, it's very well kept. The animals seem well tended to and the primates have more toys than the primates in bigger zoos I've been to. I'm used to zoos being a lot more smelly, between animal droppings and dander. Not with this zoo.
