My experience was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and incredibly polite. My call was returned promptly and my query was dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this clinic.

We decided to take our multipom to this vet after reading the stellar reviews as we were looking for a new vet. I don’t know how they got such high reviews as we had to wait in the lobby for a half hour for our appointment. The reception desk never updated us as to the delay. Finally we asked and someone from the back came out and said they had an emergency appointment which delayed everything. Ok we understood that can happen. We waited another 50 minutes in the room after the tech left and no one came back in. We wasted an hour and a half of our time for nothing. We walked out of the room and the receptionists both just said sorry. Seriously they could’ve called me to reschedule or asked us to reschedule when we arrived but instead they let us sit. We were one of the last patients as the doctor was in the room with the emergency. No other vet was working? The receptionists were clueless and didnt care that we were sitting and waiting for nothing. Horrible clinic no consideration for patients. And this was our first visit! Definitely our last visit. Not a good first impression!!! I wouldn’t take my pet to this place as they don’t care about the pets and owners.

There is absouletly NO BETTER VET then DR. TOM P. @ BLOOMINGDALE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Not only a Vet but also the Director and will devote every moment of your visit to your Pet and you as its owner. Extremely thorough and will NEVER over charge or unprofessional. Will call you back at earliest convenience if you ever have questions regarding your pet always. The staff is extremely kind, caring amd efficient in every aspect you can imagine. I travel 20 miles one-way to go to Dr. Tom and will continue to for my current or any future Dogs i will own. 5 ???? Very attentive staff, top notch doctors, clean facility, and fair prices for services rendered. QUALITY animal health care! I have been a client with two different dogs for a total of 19 years so far and I would never consider taking my best friend anywhere else.

Dealing with Bloomingdale Animal Hospital is very refreshingly easy compared to past experiences elsewhere. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and helpful and I have had everything taken care of by them in a convenient manner. The vets and techs are all great too, in our experience, and able to handle our nervous pooches with no problem. They have always done a great job from a technical standpoint. We really appreciate their service and switched to them even though they are further away because it is very worth it to get the professionalism and care we've gotten at BAH. Thank you!

I have taken all my pets here for 40 years. They are always very thorough and compassionate to both animals and owners I recently had to put my 15 year old dog to sleep and Dr Joe and the entire staff were so kind to my Sadie and me. they made one of the hardest things to do bearable. We have been taking our dogs here for years. The staff is so kind, honest, and friendly. We love Dr. Winfield. When our corgi had Cancer, he was very honest and empathetic. We then got our 2 rescue babies, Baylee and Kaylee and he is wonderful with them! Both my girls needed dental surgery and the staff explained everything to me as I was extremely nervous. My girls are pain free now and doing so good! We love Bloomingdale Animal Hospital.

My wife and I take our maltipoo here. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. If we have questions, they have the answers and in a timely manner!

I was referred by a friend to this place . The staff ( Erin, Heather and John) is very animal friendly and pleasant to deal with. I really like Dr.Joe Cwik and the excellent care that he provided to my Dachshund named Cinnamon. I know he really enjoys his job and has a passion for it. I will continue to bring all my furry friends there to receive the top notch care they provide.

I have always had a positive experience here. We have been using them for close to 15 years. Staff is excellent, Dr’s are excellent.

i brought a cat that was hit by a car after another vet refused to help at all when by law they must stabilize the animal per ethics codes and illinois law complicance.. any ways not only did they take this poor cat in the lady ran out side and grabbed the cat with meaning like she the cat mattered . this woman and this vet are gods children doing work for animals. we live close by and will be bringing out two cats in from now on. if you truley love animals this is the place to go.

We've been taking our pets there for almost 10 years, the staff is great and the vets are very good with all animals. We've always felt our pets were well cared for and we have always been given any information we've asked. They will take the time to make sure you understand and answer all questions.

They have been very polite and helpful since the first time we took our dog here. They are always making sure we understand everything as they go. Trusting new people with our furbaby is hard, but they made us very comfortable.

Staff and vets are amazing, great appointment availability. I haven't had to go for an emergency, and hopefully won't have to, but we love this place!

Dr Joe is a great vet!!

I came to the Bloomingdale Animal Hospital for a second opinion on my Black Lab, Rileys limp. She had been seen at the Itasca Clinic and was xrayed and given two different anti-inflammatory prescriptions. There was no improvement and I was advised to go to a specialist. The Bloomingdale clinic had the best rating in DuPage County. I also read many wonderful things about Dr. Heidi and she far surpassed her rating on these comment pages. Her exam was thorough and she immediately discovered the dogs shoulder was very swollen. She drew fluid and found an infection. We now have a diagnosis and a treatment plan with antibiotics We're not out of the woods yet as more testing will be done to rule out any other issues/or disease. I am so happy with the hands on treatment that I am switching from the Itasca clinic to the Bloomingdale Animal Hospital. I am very grateful for their attention to my dog. Thank you Dr. Heidi ❤️

Been coming here for over 15 years, can not say enough great things about them. We have been through just about everything with 2 dogs, and there has never been a time where they weren't friendly, helpful, and experts. I primarily see Dr. Heidi and she's awesome, but the whole staff has always been great.

Never had anything but a positive experience here. Been going here for over 10 years. Everyone here is great, from the Vets to the office staff.

We will never go back there - very disrespectful place. We were waiting 40 minutes in the small room, my dog has got anxiety, he was vomiting, trying to get out, and nobody showed up. Receptionists were too busy to notice that I walked out of this room and was trying to ask why we were left for this long in the room. There was no "I am sorry" or any kind of respect to my frustration. When I took my dog and asked to cancel this appointment, the ladies were wishing me "have a nice weekend!!?? Very disrespectful place!

Dr. Tom was wonderful with my dog Honey. He was very caring and knowledgeable. The staff is great as well, they made me feel so comfortable when dropping her off for surgery, they told me she would be well taken care of and she definitely was. Also, any questions I had were answered. I definitely recommend it here!

Valerie the manager was very helpful and informative. You can tell she really cares about our pets. My cat loves going there to get checkups.
