The entire team at Batavia Animal Clinic has always been so caring, friendly, and helpful over all these years. For 13 years we have been taking our dog Tails here and I always appreciate how gentle they are with her from routine check ups to the few minor emergency appointments over the years with an accidentally chipped nail, minor sprang when she was a puppy, and having a tooth removed over a year ago due to some decay build up. They are accommodating, honest and make scheduling appointments always easy. After Tails’s nail appointment this morning this is how happy she was! She has never left seeming stressed or anxious and I know that's because the team here is so wonderful with animals.

Dr. Shanding is caring and competent vet. He treats both my dogs that are in the final stages of cancer. He has been patient, understanding and compassionate with both dogs. I recommend the Batavia Animal Clinic to anyone seeking great vets with an attentive and helpful staff.

Dr Kirsten gave the most gentle and thorough exam to my 9 year old lab! I had changed clinics because I felt the other was a cash machine. No kindness, just about adding services. So happy I found her. I would pay twice as much for this place. I even saw them extend credit for someone in need. A truly caring group.

Took my cat Senior cat Baby in for a teeth cleaning, Dr. Wiedner performed the procedure. He was kind, compassionate, thourough, and kept me posted every step of the way. Thanks to him she's doing great! We've been home just a few hours and she's eating????????

We went to Batavia Animal Clinic after bad experience with another veterinarian and are very happy with Adam Schanding since then. Very proficient and considerate doctor that doesn't push you to pay for unnecessary things. Really knows his way around animals, big and small. The prices at the BAC are very reasonable.

I just adopted my dog and he is very scared of new people. The people at Batavia Animal Clinic are SO patient and kind and take things very slow to make sure Cheeko is comfortable. I cannot express how much that means to me and my pup!

My dog is not a patient here, but she is on prescription food. My normal vet is out of her specific food and told me to call around and see if another vet has it. Batavia Animal Clinic had stock of the food. I offered to provide a prescription for the food, but they said they were unwilling to sell the food to me.

Didnt know what to do when our Vet of 30 years retired and we weren't sure where to go . We didn't like the new vet purchased the old business. I worked out with Sarah and I knew she worked at a vets office so I thought I'll just ask her what she thinks She give her boss very positive and helpful review so we tried him. Both my husband and myself are very happy. We r very picky about our dogs medical treatment . Never had a problem getting in....we both feel at ease with the doctor....he seems to care as much as we do about our dogs.. I would recommend and refer him to anyone . The vets are fantastic! The employees are super friendly and professional. They are so accommodating, too. I needed a vaccine for my dog last minute before a grooming appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. I would absolutely recommend the Batavia Animal Clinic to anyone!

The doctors and staff at Batavia Animal Clinic are helpful, kind and compassionate with our family. We started going to this clinic during COVID and they were so well organized, and orchestrated the communication for drop off, consultation with the physician and pick-up perfectly. The physicians take the time to educate our family and ensure that we are comfortable with the treatment of our pet.

Five stars isn't even enough. Everyone there is the absolute best! Sometimes I feel like my dogs get into things just so we can go visit them! Dr. Magnuson and Dr. Schanding are amazing. They take their time, making my pets (and myself) feel comfortable. They are educational, attentive to individual needs, and always go above an beyond. So grateful for Batavia Animal Clinic! Highly recommend.

I love this Vet Clinic. I have been going since my puppy was eight weeks old. I have always received excellent and professional care. I highly recommend Batavia Animal Clinic to any and everyone. Dr. Schanding and Dr. Magnuson and their staff are wonderful.

New customer to the clinic and area, and the vet couldn't take 2 minutes to come outside and introduce herself. Not asking to go inside or shake hands or anything. I'd just like to meet the person and see them interact with my pet before I blindly leave them in your care. Didn't end up sticking around for the appointment.

I drive a half hour to come to this specific vet because they take such good care of my pups. I don’t trust my dogs with any vet but these wonderful humans at Batavia Animal Clinic. Friendly, thorough and they’re not out to make a buck off of you. They’re just interested in what’s best for your animal.

Everything went well, employees were polite, helpful & friendly. Veterinarians were awesome & very knowledgeable. The turn around time for our kitten’s test results were quick too. No complaints!

Dr. Magnuson is amazing with all my dogs and very thorough with examining my pets over and I’ve been to a lot of vets none who have checked over everything which was what sold me on making Batavia Animal Clinic my primary vet! My dogs literally get excited to go vet and sit wait at the front door!

This is the first vet clinic I took my pup too cause of all the positive reviews. Then I started branching out to ones closer too me but when it came to my pup and a suspicion of ear infection I brought her here. The nurses are always super nice and welcoming and it makes me want to come back ???????????? and for my first visit they gave me a referral card for a free first visit and we ended up using it for our Siamese kitten ???? so definitely recommend to come here.

Dr. Schanding is great. He's very clear in his recommendations and is excellent at explaining and walking you through exactly what your pet's test results mean. The staff are also awesome! I initially was recommended to Batavia Animal Clinic by Anderson Animal Shelter where I adopted my dog and, even though its a little out of my way, I'll definitely continue to go to Batavia Animal Clinic because of how impressed I've been with their quality and professionalism.

Just took my cat today and they are always super caring and patient. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of and will keep coming. Both vets I have worked with have been thorough, upfront, and honest every time I have gone. I highly recommend coming here!

Recently brought one of our dogs in for what we thought was a broken leg. Dr. Magunson was amazing! She kept me updated frequently (seeing as I was sitting in the car outside). She helped me through getting our pup set up for a surgery consult and at the end she even brought me in to look at the X-rays and explained everything in great detail. We also saw Dr. Shanding with another dog and he was amazing as well. He was very supportive in finding the options that worked best for us.

I just want to say how thankful we are for this office. Previous vets have been very rude, especially if they recommend a service or procedure that you can’t afford right away. My animals have always been a priority to me and considered family, so if I could do anything to help them I would but sometimes paying for rent and other bills has to come first. This office is so understanding about every situation including financial problems. About a week ago, they removed a huge mass on my beagles leg, and once the anesthesia wore off, you can’t even tell she had surgery! They sent us home with antibiotics and pain medication. They’re very thorough, and they even called to check on her the next day! Love love love this vet and Sammi loves seeing her friends there too!
