This was the first time using a mobile dog grooming service and I have to say Aussie Pet Mobile exceed my expectations! My Addison (11 year old Pit Bull) is a little timid but the groomer was so good with her. She came out of the van so happy and smelling so good!! He definitely took his time with her and cared about making sure she felt safe and comfortable!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I will be recommending Aussie Pet Mobile to anyone looking for this type of service!!!!

We loved Kain our groomer! We agreed to take things very slow, my big guy has never been to any grooming service that we know of and he's very nervous. Kain took the time our guy needed to feel comfortable jumping up into the van. They weren't able to finish everything since he was no longer cooperating. But he came out looking and smelling fantastic! Thank you guys so much we will be booking our next appointment soon????

We needed to have our dog groomed during the quarantine & aussie squeezed us in! They came right to our home and did the whole service right in our driveway! Dogs always come out looking clean & cute. Groomers are friendly, do great work, & arrive on time. We’ve been using this company for over 10 years and have only had 3 different groomers, love the consistency.

Impossible to make an appointment. Called several times, and never got an answer. Left numerous voicemails, asking for the next available appointment, it was during COVID so we are working from home and I told them I could take ANY appointment time. They returned my call only once and left a voicemail leaving pricing information, but no appointment time as requested. I called again, left another voicemail and never got a reply. Tried to make an appointment via email and they said to call them. Emailed me two difference prices for the same dog/service. I was so disappointed as I have heard great things about their service, but it's just too stressful trying to reach them and actually get an appointment.

Aussie Pet Mobile has always done a great job grooming our dog. Also, it's very convenient because they come to our house to groom our dog.

We highly recommend having your fur babies groomed by Aussie Pet Mobile Grooming in Bartlett, Illinois. Our experience with them was outstanding. We had two dogs bathed and groomed by Jeff and it was an excellent experience. Kandace is a five-year-old, 60 lb. mixed breed dog who is very shy and does not play well with others. We’ve tried taking her to groomers at the major pet store chains, but those visits did not go well. She doesn’t like a lot of noise so we thought a mobile groomer would be best. Fortunately, we found Aussie Groomers in Bartlett. Jeff arrived right at the promised time. I walked Kandace over to meet him and she started getting nervous and uncomfortable. However, as soon as Kandace sniffed Jeff’s hand, she started to calm down. He knew exactly what to do. He spoke to her in a calm voice and she started to get comfortable. Jeff then walked her to the van and she jumped inside without any hesitation. We watched from inside the house thinking the van door would slide open at any moment and Kandace would come running out. After a few minutes, we knew this was going to work just fine. Ninety minutes later, Kandace emerged from the van looking and smelling clean. Her matted fur was gone. She was a very happy lady. Best of all, Jeff said she did great! She was a bit apprehensive at first, but she calmed right down. She enjoyed her spa day. We also had our nine-year old Golden Retriever, Sam, bathed and groomed. Sam is the opposite of Kandace. He loves being pampered. We will definitely call Aussie Mobile Groomers again.

I have been using this service for over a year. I have had a great experience EXCEPT the last time I used them. The groomer left knots in my dog’s hair and she was still wet when she was returned. I called to complain an NOBODY ever called to apologize. Then today I called to schedule my dog again and they told me that they are refusing to groom my dog because she was “wiggly”. Really? I think it’s because I had the nerve to complain. I am very dissappointed. Especially with the prices being as HIGH as they charge.

I have been using Aussie Pet Mobile for quite some time now. Sarah, was wonderful with our dog. The last few times, I've had the gentleman come out and groomed Blackie. Last time Blackie did bite him, did not break skin and no infection. The man explained that he was partially at fault. Blackie leash came loose and he was slipping off the table and instead of letting him fall he tried to hold him which spooked the dog and that is when it happened. I asked repeatedly if he was ok and if Blackie was ok for the grooming. He said he did put the muzzle on him for precaution but was fine throughout the whole thing. I called today to set up an appt. and the lady told me that man declined the groom and they would no longer come out because of how 'aggressive' Blackie was the last time. I told her how upsetting this was because the man had said there were no issues after that and he said he was fine. It would have been nice to know this before. I told her how upsetting this was since I was a client for quite some time now.
