Great store everybody is very knowledgeable

So furious and sick of groomers taking it upon themselves to cut areas you tell them not to. Now my dog's tail looks like a palm tree. Great job. Never again. EDIT: And he has cuts where they shaved him. Again, an area I did not want cut or shaved.

People that work there are extremely friendly and they have a great supply of natural dog foods

This place and its people have become a staple to my precious pup's life. They'll even help keep track of weight and growth. Definitely recommend the super easy sign up with them to get frequent coupons and perks on bags of pet food.

Very helpful. Large selection. Stopped by going to Starfish to pick up some fosters (most likely fails, but hey).

Love this store! Great selection of food and pet health products, and the prices are good too. I don’t get pushed to buy things like at other similar stores. One thing though, please make sure all your employees wear a mask.

Good selection, plenty of dog snacks and they carry most high end food brands. Pet friendly obviously, my dog had a blast picking out treats.

The people here are so friendly. Our dog is always so happy after he comes out of grooming and he doesn't even normally like people but loves the staff.

Had my Sheltie groomed here today and she came out beautiful. Great selection of foods and supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Little on expensive side but great for last minute dog food.

This is the first time in 8 years that I have something negative to say. I am very disappointed in the service that we received. My Maltese mix did not do well after the his last grooming visit. Something got into his eyes and he couldn't open them for at least 24 hours. We called back shortly after we brought him home to see what happened and if they could suggest something to help and they told us to send pictures and the manager would call us the next morning. Needless to say. She did not. My husband call after work to talk to her and someone told us she was on maternity leave and has been for a while. He then asked to speak to someone in charge and there was no one available. They told us someone would call. It's been over a week and no one bothered to contact us. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. THEY HAVE LOST US AS CUSTOMERS!

Phenomenal groomers and staff. UPDATE: I just took my dog again to be groomed. Seriously.. This is the best she's ever looked!! I'm so grateful for the amazing groomers there!!!! I highly recommend this place over Pet Supplies groomers or any other place. My dog loves them to boot :)

I have been taking my dog her for a while and they always do a great job! I took my other puppy for his first appointment here and he did get a razor burn unfortunately :( but that was only one not so great experience out of Many years of going here, so it’s overall pretty good! I definitely recommend Tina, she is very patient and always leaves my dog looking very nice! Their prices are also not too bad considering the size and length of fur :)

Worst grooming experience ever. Why doesn’t this store just get rid of this service. Reading the reviews they have always had issues with their grooming. They humiliated my 11 yr old dog and shaved off all his hair and when picked up all laughed at him. Noticed the old papa bear restaurant got demolished right next door to this location. You might want to call the bulldozer back to your location healthy pet..

Very good place for my pup’s needs.

This place is the best!! They’re always super helpful when you call in. We have 2 dogs (a senior and a 7month old pup). I’ve taken the older dog there to use their wash station which is great and such a great price. Both dogs have a specific diet and when I asked about a certain food for the pup, they started carrying it for me. The older dog requires some CBD and joint supplements since she has arthritis and they always have what we need. We love to support local too so we really only go there for our supply needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Was rather disappointed last month when I called to verify walk in nail cutting hours and 15 minutes later when I got there, a “no grooming today” sign was being put up. The time before that when I went to get my dogs nails cut, we came in 30 minutes after grooming had opened and the groomer wasn’t ready and told us to wait 15 mins for the nail grinder to charge. We used to love coming here, but the last 2 times have not been a good experience.
