Not how it used to be when Al owned the store. Seems like they don't care about my business anymore as a customer. Their new appointment texting is horrible. I ask 3 times for an appointment and they text me a smile face... and that's it. They rarely answer their phones and it's just the not the same atmosphere when you walk in there anymore. It's sad how a company changes when management changes. This used to be a great place!

We love everyone here! Not only do I bring my own dogs but I also bring my foster dogs as well! They are able tog eat the foster dogs looking absolutely stunning for adoption events and also for their adoptions. My own dogs love coming here as they are pampered! Everyone is understanding and truly loves the animals! I love that they come home smelling so wonderful!

I used to take my dog here years ago and had great experiences. Now there is a new owner and I take my new dog there. Still great! They do a great job and Maggie May always looks great when she's done.

I have a Great Pyrenees that went in looking like a mess and came out absolutely beautiful. He was trimmed perfectly and they did a great job deshedding him. Everyone there was so sweet and took the time to understand what I wanted done. I will be back frequently. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Best and most affordable groomers ever! Koko has a blast and comes home looking dapper with a new hanky scarf and smelling great. Would highly recommend ????

I am very undecided it is no longer the same atmosphere as when Al and Eddie ran the salon and while they are very nice this last visit was a little disappointing

I had a wonderful experience with this pet salon. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I was in desperate need of getting my maltipoo in as another grooming place by my house in Orland Park turned us away. Making the drive to Aurora was well worth it. Emily did a fantastic job grooming my little Snoopy. I will be making the drive again when Snoopy needs his next grooming service.

I absolutely love AL and the entire staff. Huey was having some skin issues and they made recommendations that actually helped him.

Recently, our groomer at another salon, contracted the corona virus. We have been going there for about 10 years, so it's hard to make a change. But, things happen for a reason, and we need a groomer for our 2 babies. Our little guy, Jingle went today to Bark a Lounge, and I am just thrilled with the outcome. Donna did a fantastic job on Jingle, can't wait until Angel goes for her appointment. Happy to say we Jingle and Angel have a new groomer.????

Always great service. My pup is very skiddish, the staff always take special care to ease his nerves and make him comfortable.

Al and his team are wonderful. Ron groomed my golden retriever and Nicole groomed my cockapoo. I'm a new customer and they both did a fantastic job on my dogs for being their 1st visit.
