Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff and great products

This store is very tiny and the items are way overpriced. The clerk seemed to be annoyed when I asked for help.

Went in for a quick trip to the store with my pup, Nelly, on Friday. Store staff was SO nice, made a positive impression even only spending 10 minutes looking for a toy in the store. Really good toy selection, picked out a tough toy Nelly already loves to play tug-o-war with! Thanks, Arlington Team!

Absolutely love this place. Reasonable prices, good selection for a small store. Parking is always available in the back. Friendly staff

Overpriced little shop. 18 dollars for 32 oz of goats milk. 3 dollars for one pig ear. Made sense as to why I was the only customer in the store. There are plenty of pet stores that you pass to get to this one. Staff didn’t know what a grain free cookie/treat was and showed me jerky.

Great neighborhood pet shop. Large verity of food and treats including natural diets and foods for specific diet/health needs for your 4 legged friends. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

I love this place even tho it’s so so small! They have my furry friends absolute favorite bones in the world! The “No Hide” and yes they’re kinda expensive but great quality and healthy for her. The employees here are always fun and knowledgeable. Keep it up guys ????????

What a great pet store! Usually stores like this tend to over charge for items in their store. We found that everything in this store was in line with the big chain pet stores. We were pleased with the pricing. This store also offered quite a few dog items that we had not seen in other stores. The staff was friendly. The store was neat and clean. There is easy parking in the back or front. If we lived in this area, we would be at this pet store all the time. It is a great place to bring your pet to get a treat!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had a hard time clipping my pitbulls nails and they recommended a raw bone. Let's just say clipping his nails got a lot easier.

The staff here really helped me with recommended dog food for my new pup. She wasn’t eating anything I tried and not only did they help me find a food she’ll eat but it was even cheaper than what I had already been buying. They also have some really great non rawhide bones here that I have a really hard time finding other places. I’ll keep coming back here for sure!

I had to go to 2 locations. The one in Arlington Heights the young lady there was nice and the one in Schaumburg the guy was rude, had no customer service.

Great knowledgeable staff. Tried CBD drops for my Corgis anxiety which was recommended by the lady at the register and it worked great. Love bentleys to come for birthday cakes and healthy choices in food for our pups. Lifelong customer and hope the expand greatly.

Best place to take your dog, who needs petsmart! Extremely friendly, well knowledged and a great selection of stuff, your four legged friend will love it!

First time at Bentley’s was a great experience. Very knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff. While getting advice on healthy treat options and toys several repeat customers and their dogs were both cheerfully greeted by name. Bently’s is our new pet needs destination!
