I was completely shocked when I could have gotten a poodle for $850. Now they say 3500. Why? “Honey, there’s a pandemic going on” And what? Ripping people off and most likely over breeding. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I must add they have dropped the price some assuming they saw this which is a start. I still would not give them my money!

Do not buy a dog from this puppy mill !!! You will never receive the true information from this breeder! Everything is false. Sick unfortunate puppies are breed here. Buyers be wear!!!!

Bought a puppy from hug a pup yesterday, staff was friendly and very helpful.

The sales lady on the floor was very rude and snappy. Not the cashier. Only a small amount of puppies available. (6)

Fantastic!!!! I cannot believe I have this amazing pup. I went in to buy a yorkshire Terrier. Susan said no this is the dog for you. Put (Lilly) in my arms. She is a shorkie 8 weeks old. She is now 8 months. I owned a pet store in hammond. I breed toy fox Terriers, still have 3 very old TFT babies. Owned dogs my entire life. I have never even imagined having a dog this entertaining, intelligent, loving and kind all rolled into 10 lbs of fur. Thankyou Susan She has brightened my days. Makes me get up and laugh and smile and go for walks we love her so much. Best dog I have ever owned as healthy as you could be. See you soon with Lilly. Posted her pic. We added a new member to the family from here and it was the best decision we ever made.

Visited before Covid19 pandemic, and the lady was not the friendliest plus she only acted like she would let me "Hug-a-pup" if planning on purchasing, so I didn't get to hold any puppies. There was a bad, 2 year old lab or golden retriever you could pet that nobody wanted to own and all he did was try to nip at you. Plus, those dogs are way too expensive. Better to shop around.

I purchased my Havanese from this store today. Tara, was amazing. She was very welcoming, kind and very patient. The prices were reasonable considering other places want to charge $4000.00 for a puppy. My daughter and I are so in love with him. I am referring all of my friends here. Tara, thank you for the great customer service.

I have had many pups in my life but this little chocolate shitzu is adorable and loving and gives us so many hugs (hug a pup).. Thank you for such a sweet and cuddly friend.

got my pup from here back in june, best purchase ever. But the old woman that works there is extremely rude!! i read the reviews and i see i wasn’t the only one to receive rudeness. not a full 5 stars cause the customer service is horrible!! i called to see if they were hiring and i rudely got told “ NO!! food for less is hiring.BYE !!“ a simple no would’ve been fine.

I got my puppy from here & his brother for my sister. The ladies were very nice & informative. Once my pup is house broken i'll be getting another from here.

Didn't get a puppy but went so my nephew could see them. No touching during covid but we could look around without an appointment unlike the shelters. The cheapest we saw was $500 and the most was $2500.

I purchased my Pomeranian from Hug A Pup a year ago and I have to say, this was the best purchase ever made! My daughter and I drove by and saw the store and just wanted to stop in to look. Well needless to say, I came out with a puppy! My dog, Kai was well taken care of here. He has been very healthy, and we have not had any issues! The staff were super friendly too! One employee had a choker on that my daughter liked and she gave it to her!!! Who does that?! They made a great impression on us and I have recommended them to people who were looking. Highly recommend this place! If I see they have a whites female Pomeranian available, I’M DEFINITELY COMING BACK TO BUY FROM THEM!
