Dr. Cassandra Diagnosed my Beautiful Tonkinese Boy wrong, kept insisting he had a Tumor in his nose...gave him Covenia shot which made him loopy n not want to eat, instead of clavamox for a sinus infection, I agreed on the shot just to get out of there because she was pestering me so much about the tumor n made me get costly x-rays which showed NOTHING!! Blood work perfect also but insisted he had a Tumor even tho I repeatedly told the vet that my other cats had the same thing but their sinus infection cleared up on its own, an his did not! The shot helped it tho and was almost gone he began having a reaction to the shot after a week and I didnt realize, I was thinking his sinus infection was coming back so called in 3 times and wanted them to give me Clavamox but again refused to listen to me so I had to bring him in the place was freezing cold Construction workers everywhere coming in n out with blasts of cold air making all kinds of noise with hammers, saws you could not even hear yourself think my cat was very stressed from the noise so was I! Anyway they gave him another shot and that was the final straw he had even more of a reaction ears twitching, falling down, not eating or drinking, circling n wetting in his bed! He never recovered so made the decision to put him to sleep on Tuesday! ????????Worst Day of my life! Horrible just horrible experience and now my baby is gone he was to young to die!! THANKS FOR NOTHING! ???? PS YOUR REPLY IS A LIE!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this office. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctors are thorough and competent. I've brought my German Shepherd in for two, short notice, sick appointments. They got us in quickly. We did not have a long wait in office. I felt comfortable with their recommendations and believe my sweet boy is in great hands.

You guys rock! Always so kind and helpful, answering all my questions and were there when I had to say goodbye to one of my babies, thank you for all you do! I appreciate it ❤️

I absolutely love and reccomend Dr. Sarah! My dog got 3 fractures in his left paw and Dr. Sarah has been so great with changing his bandage and making sure that he's healing properly. She's so kind and always answers all my questions and concerns. I'm so fortunate to have found her!

After paying full price for my dogs ears,giving me a 10% discount if I paid in full for his next appointment, they charged me again, I had the paid in full papers, they didn’t care and still charged me! Never pay in full-plus after 2 months my dog still has a double ear infection, I would never recommend this place if you love your dog, plus they are RIP OFF ARTISTS, because they know you love your pet. THE VERY WORST-DONT GO THERE.

They will bait you into spending way too much on yearly shots and tests. No matter how old your dogs are. Good service though

We had been bringing our puppy for vet care here for a few months and generally we were pretty happy until we made an appointment to have our dog spayed. We specifically called to get pricing and we’re told an amount. We booked the appointment and made arrangements to take our puppy in. Upon arrival we were told the total cost was $400 more than the price we were given! Several “add on’s” like blood work, anesthesia, monitoring, etc. I have no issues with businesses charging whatever fee they think is appropriate because as a consumer it’s my choice to do business with them. My issue is the lack of transparency in their pricing. Be transparent in your pricing and give an accurate quote upfront. Felt like I was reading my cable bill when we received the invoice. We changed our mind and asked to pick up our puppy and they had already conveniently started the blood work so I picked up my puppy and paid the $108 dollars. I won’t be returning here and looking for a new vet. Be upfront with your pricing, it’s bad business.

Animal Care Clinic has always been there for us in good times and in bad. They are knowledgeable and compassionate in their care. I love them.

We've only been taking our dog to Animal Care Clinic for about a year now but in that year we've seen at least 4 of the doctors there. Every one of them has been great to work with and answer all of the questions we've had. You never feel rushed for them to get out and move on to the next patient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!

Love the staff here. My dogs are almost equal to my children in our house and I really felt like the staff here cared about pups. They are upfront about pricing. I know they take a pet insurance but I'm not sure which one. Only place we take our 5 dogs Ranging in size from a larger Husky to a toy Pomeranian.

I rescue animals and have been going here for years. I love Dr. Sharon Payne because of the wonderful care and compassion she gives to my furry treasures.

I brought my dog in for vaccinations and the staff offered a “package” for my small Shihtzu. I bought the package and the bill was $483 in total which was for the yearly shots. It was too much for my Shihtzu and she vomited 3x when we got home. I was told to return and I did promptly. I was charged $57 for the dog version of Zofran. It is my opinion that the smaller dogs would benefit from splitting all those multiple vaccinations into two visits. I would have been ok with that. I asked if I could possibly get a little off the bill, and the office manager said “no.” So I think I’m going to go elsewhere next time I get the yearly shots. I was very happy with my previous vet in McHenry Illinois, but I changed only because of the very close proximity of location that this vet practice is.
