Can't get appointment dates, or names correct. Very confused workers turn away paying customers that made appointment well in advance. Says we didn't make appointment and they don't take phone appointment anymore because it's too confusing for them. $10 extra for bothering them. Get smarter or fail. Get bent.

Adopted a 10wk old kitten there about a year ago, they were very friendly, helpful and affordable. they just want them to find good homes! would recommend!

Knowledgeable and caring. Our cat needed to be put to sleep and getting into our regular vet probably would have been as problematic as our last two hr wait with animals in a hot car. She gave us a good education and options. It all went smoothly.

They are very helpful with feral cats and will rent you a trap for $3 per day with a deposit.

The people who work there are very nice. They have a lot of cats for adoption. They also have cheap spay and neuter services.

I love this place, they provide low cost vet care and take care of the cats in their care really well. I plan on volunteering for them soon because I appreciate what they do so much. They are kind and love cats <3

I made an appointment two months ago. I’m starring at the screenshot I saved after making the appointment and they turned us away and said we didn’t have one. The man in front of us had the same issue. They wanted us to pay extra right then and there to have our cat fixed when I know I’ve payed after picking up my other cat there before. Then they hurried us out. Never go here they are unprofessional and disrespectful. Go to a real clinic these people could care less about clients and their felines. Place is in poor quality and reeked.

Very clean and a friendly staff, people who really care for the cats and you can tell the cats feel loved.

Great people to work with

I've always liked this place. The staff really care about the animals here. I ended up adopting a cat from here. Healthy lil baby and he was such a good kitty. My son ended up getting cancer and we had no choice but to take the kitten back. The staff was super understanding and didn't even really ask why I had to take the kitten back. No judgment and they just wanted to make sure that all was well. I highly recommend this place.
