They were amazing with our Siberian husky when she had gotten an injury to her neck! Their prices were very reasonable!

Always a good experience, even for those difficult appointments. Dr Mason is kind but realistic, realizing that money is sometimes a factor. I have been impressed with him and the staff at every visit. And we love that our pet's name is on the board when we arrive! Our cat is famous! (At least to us and PAWS)

Great veterinary care! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Doctor Mason and Doctor Miller are very knowledgeable and treat animals like their own. We have had to bring our pets in on an "emergency" basis a few times and they have always squeezed us in. Prices are a little high, but the care is top quality.

The woman vet here told me to hit my kitten when he shows play aggression....clearly not an animal behaviorist.

This is an outstanding medical center for a your pets. They are very compassionate and give you every option you need to provide good veterinarian care to your pets. Staff from the receptionist to the doctors are very personal and professional

I am so impressed with the compassion and thorough checkups. My little Yorkie Missy had a complete physical to find her breathing problems. Tests were sent to a specialist with next day results. My new pup was spayed and a stitch didnt dissolve and they got her right in to fix it. The whole staff is caring and friendly. Their prices are fair and resonable. I would go somewhere else for care. Or if you do go here make sure to get a second opinion. I'm not sure if they exactly know what they are doing. Spent hundreds of dollars "diagnosing" our cat just to be told to go to WSU. Which also was a struggle for the WSU vet because they couldn't get any straight answers or necessary paperwork from PAWS. I was excited about PAWS when I first started going but after this it seems like they are just after your money.

Dr. Miller and Dr. Mason are both wonderful! The entire staff is incredible here. They show true care and compassion for your animals, and treat them as they would their own pets. I've never had a bad experience here.

Friendly, knowledgable staff. I have a rescue dog who gets very nervous, and they were very kind to him (they didnt mind that he peed on the floor. And on the dr as he was getting his exam). And let me sit with him during his exam for an injured leg. It was our first time here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a local surgeon for their animal. Front desk people are also very kind, and easy to talk to.

My Ellie girl broke her leg, they were able to get her in as soon as possible! They treated her like one of there own! We went over her treatment plan they kept me updated and sent me texts with phots to let me know how she was doing. The atmosphere hear is wonderful, it makes me feel confident that I can trust leaving my Ellie in there care. Thank you PAWS!

Excellent service and friendly staff

I had to put my dog down, which is a very difficult thing to do. Dr. Mason was kind, compassionate, and made sure the progress was as dignified as possible. He's a really great vet and I am thankful my dog's last moments were with him. I can't recommend him highly enough. One suggestion, perhaps when a owner has put their pet down the receptionist shouldn't say "Have a great day" as the owner is leaving. That's a difficult time for a owner and there are more appropriate things to say. Or just say nothing. Just a small suggestion. Otherwise my experience was as good as it could be under such heartbreaking circumstances. I look forward to going back to PAWS under happier circumstances.

The staff at PAWS is absolutely amazing. I took my cat in for his annual checkup this month. He gets stressed and anxious very easily. He had an intense fear response to some pictures of other animals they had (which has never happened before), however the staff was extremely patient and kind with him. They did everything they could to make it a better experience for both of us. They also were very thorough, listened to all of my questions, and had wonderful advice. I cannot reccomend them enough!

They are not my regular vet but when someone found our cat in the road after getting hit by a car, they took her there. She was already deceased so there was nothing they could do to save her life. However, they did do other kind things. They held on to her body until I could pick her up and give her a proper burial and memorial. Upon picking her up they had made us a clay paw print and written us a very thoughtful card - including wildflower seeds to plant in her memory -- all free of charge.

PAWS is incredible! They are excellent and care so much about each fur baby they see! Exceptional care at affordable prices! Cannot overstate how amazing they are!! :)

My poor dog broke his leg. We went to PAWS after giving them about one minute notice that we were coming. There were calm, professional and courteous the whole time. Took a great care of our dog and communicated clearly about expectations and the process. So thankful for PAWS!!!!

Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating staff. Our pup had a 4 day stay and surgery with them and they kept us in the loop the entire time and let us come visit multiple times with our pup was hospitalized.

Expierence both human and furry are always amazing. I try to give other vets in the area a fair shot too. I always come back to paws. Even when I move to Boise and have businesses up here, I will continue to bring Tazzy to paws. Since she is my service dog and goes everywhere with me.
