I'd give more stars if I was able. As unbelievable as it may sound they made the loss of our beloved cattle dog almost painless. ???? Seriously, they were great. Even treated our girls body & remains respectfully. Didn't know that was a thing. Very cool. Our old dog passed away, I called, paid for the cremation over the phone, dropped her off, & received a voicemail when the deed was done. Upon arrival the gal at the front desk was sweet, patient, & kind. She explained that the remains were sealed within the urn & that many people like to slip a few sentimental things inside. Instantly, we knew what to do with her necklace.(collar) Might even hot glue her tag to the outside or something. ???? Anyway, I'll be switching to these guys. The place was nice, it was clean, & it was the most professionally run vet office, I've ever been too. Even there restroom was nice. Talk about attention to detail. Thanks guys! Look forward to doing business with you in the future. ????

Dr. Kathy Ponozzo and Orchards Pet Hospital have been taking care of our pets for years now. I find she and her staff knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Our dogs have always been happy to visit OPH, never afraid. They provide excellent care and keep track of when and what immunizations are needed and send timely reminders. Great people, great service. - UPDATING - Everything I said in this post 2 years ago still holds true. OPH is exceptional and I will continue taking my pet(s) there.

We have taken our animals to Orchards for years. They have always been very good. It has changed owners since we first started going there but they still seem to do a very good job.

I've been taking my animals to Orchard Pet Hospital - Dr. Kathy Pinozzo for 10 years. She is wonderful! Also, the staff and Dr. Caleb. They are so great to my pets and provide the best care. My pets' health and quality of life is the most important thing to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely love the Veterinarians and their staff. Kathy and her crew work efficiently and they seem to be able to do it all. ????

I thought the fees were rather high. Wasn't expecting the charge. Happy that I had the $$ to pay!

They are the best vets in the valley I have been using their services for years.

The doctors and staff are very professional and caring. My baby had a dental recently and it went very well. They did what I expected and were very sensitive to my requests. I would recommend them to any fur parents!!!

We have been going to Orchard's Pet hospital for over 20 years. They have taken great care of all of our cats and dogs. I would highly recommend their services for everyone that needs a vet.

Very dissatisfied uncompassionate I think there are possibly a bunch of losers don't ever go there

We have been using Orchard's Pet Hospital for years. Recently, I took four dogs in for various needs (two of mine and two of my mom's). With COVID, it's a bit different, so I brought in one dog at a time and the staff would take them back. As always, they were amazingly kind to each of their patients and the doctor came out to talk with me following each pup. Over the years, they have saved our pets lives, cared for beloved pets at their last hour, and loved each and every animal we have brought through their doors. Extremely pleased and highly recommend.

I love Orchards Pet Hospital! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and it's an all around great place to have my pets treated and boarded when I need to go out of town! Thank you Orchards Pet Hospital sdaff!

I have been taking the furry members of our family to Orchards Pet Hospital for over 40 years. I have never received anything but care and compassion from this group of Professionals. My little dog, Bella, became very sick last week. I called & they immediately made room for me to bring her in. She is now recovering and I am now, again, so thankful for Dr. Kathy, Dr Caleb, and their entire staff! Gretchen Kingsbury

This Pet Hospital never puts me on hold. When our kitty had an emergency last January they took her in immediately. Their staff treats you like a friend.

Orchard pet hospital handles nearly all of the veterinary care for my large group of rescue and foster cats. I’ve been a client for years and have always had the best experiences with all of the doctors and staff. Whether it is TNRing ferals, medical emergencies, routine care or, the hardest, letting one go, I can always count on OPH to be professional, knowledgeable and compassionate.

We have just recently moved our pet healthcare to the Orchard Pet Hospital because they have handled a few emergency visits with such heartfelt kindness. We feel that the care they showed for animals that were not even regular patients was extraordinary and we wanted that everyday for our babies.

I've been at Orchards Pet Hospital for 12 years now, ever since I moved back to the LC Valley. I've had cats and dogs over the years so there's always one furkid with an issue it seems like lol! The support staff and doctors have always been so kind and helpful every time I've needed help - whether it was a quick trip with a quick solution with meds to fix the issue or more intensive research and tests to figure out the ailment - and although I feel like I drive them nuts at times they have always gone above and beyond to help my furkids and I've never felt rushed at any appointment! :)

Did a magnificent surgery and all on my moms cat that I now have
