Very sweet and kind to my dog.

Dr Peterson was able to fix my puppy’s broken jaw and it has healed better than we could have imagined! He communicated everything with us and made sure we knew exactly what was happening and what our options were. I would recommend him to anyone! He will do anything he can to make sure your pet is taken care of. His staff was so friendly too, and our little pup loves them all!

This is the place. I recommend it to anyone anywhere. I'd drive from around to come here. The staff and Doc are the best around and I don't say that lightly! Not only do they take extreme pride in your fur animals but they go the extra mile to comment back on poorly left reviews and take admittance to the issue being complained about. If that is not customer service and a business trying to do right by THE PEOPLE, then I don't know what is! Not only all these great things, but the Vet ALWAYS gives you such feedback, info, details with your pets it's amazing! I love the Vibes in this vet, I love the staff, and I love the Doc! I'd leave more than five stars on this place if I could! 10/10, 100/100!!!

Took my dog in for his 1st blood draw for donation on Monday the 16th all went well. Had another appointment that Thursday for my other dog to donate all went well asked if they got the results back fome my 1st appointment as they said it would be 2-3days for results. They said no, so I called on Friday to witch she does not work and no one told me. So I called Monday they said yes they have the results she will call u latter. Tuesday I called they said no she didn't get the results. Well the Thurs appointment I left my leash behind so today I went and got it and asked bout the results. The receptionist went and asked and this is wat I heard. "She calls everyday I have the results but im not gonna give them to her she can wait till I call". So I still don't have the results I do this to help out other owners I don't need the money so to be treated this way is not right

Personal is great to work with and knowledgeable. Get price quotes from other places first. After receiving services and calling other local vet clinics for similar procedures I’m sick at how much this cost.

I've come twice now, once for a checkup once I moved to the area and just today to get my dog neutered. They are responsive, professional, and most importantly they do a great job taking care of my dog.

Max and I took our cat "Tazz" to Skyline Animal Hospital last week for his dental appointment. Tazz does not like to go to the vet, and does not use his best manners, but both Dr. P. and Karen are so relaxed, and skilled that Max and I both felt comfortable there. We will continue to take Tazz there when he needs another cleaning in two years. Because Tazz is anxious, Karen recommended that in the future, while Tazz is under anesthesia they will administer his vaccines and any other treatment he needs including cutting his nails. Dr. Petersen called us later to let us know that Tazz did well during the entire procedure. I was concerned and this call relieved me and gave me peace of mind. Dr Petersen and staff did their absolute best to help us through the difficult time of losing our sweet two year old golden. They really went above and beyond for our family and I appreciate them for that. Happy endings aren't always in the cards, but knowing they mourned along with us helped to lessen the sting a bit. They have big hearts and I have no doubt they genuinely care for their patients and families.

I drive from Pocatello to this vet specifically for the care that Dr Peterson provides. He’s very helpful and walks you through every step of the way, explains all your options, gives you a recommendation, answers any questions, and always lets you make the decision for the health of your pet. Skyline always has availability within the next few days and, unlike most vets I’ve been to, you always receive the care you are paying for. My dog actually loves going to the vet because of all the attention and treats she gets!

The staff and doctor are so amazing, I took my dog in after taking him to his usual vet for unusual hair loss and not getting any answers. They were so helpful and my dog absolutely loved them. We left with all our questions answered and a solid treatment plan. They also offer a program that your dog can donate blood to help other dogs and it puts $50 towards future vet bills.

Doctor Peterson is a very good vet. He listened to my concerns and observations about my dog, examined her and gave me his recommendations. The cost for his time was reasonable and both he and his staff are very friendly and professional. I was recommended to this clinic who has taken his animals there for years and I was glad he did.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! My pup had lance canines that needed to be fixed and Dr. Petersen was able to help. It only took 3 weeks of puppy braces and his smile is perfect now! He did such a wonderful job with my pup that I brought my 16 year old cat in for a dental. Once again amazing work! Literally all of the staff is so kind and helpful! I cannot recommend Skyline Animal Hospital enough!!!

Paws down the best experience you'll find in Bonneville County. Always welcomed by name and my human owner is greeted kindly as well. I get a magazine mailed to me occasionally with my name on it, my human gets rewards and I get treats. Sometimes discounts for referrals. They always remember me it's terrific.

The vet is real and to the point. No sugar coating. He genuinely cares about the animals you bring in.

Dr. Petersen and his staff are incredible. I live in Teton Valley and my vet recommended him for dental work that was beyond my vet’s level of expertise. I learned so much about pet’s dental needs from Dr. Petersen. I had no idea our pets’ subtle behavior changes could be caused by mouth pain. Dr. Petersen worked miracles on my 19 year old cat - she is so much happier now! Thank you so much!!!

Skyline Animal hospital has always taken good care of my doggos and we have a lot of them. They're responsive and help get my animals asap in emergencies and they've always been very personable and help to explain what might be wrong with my dogs so I understand and can give them the best care possible. Very expensive, my great dane was not diagnosed with bone cancer, even with x rays, that where extremely difficult to aquire from them. We tried and tried to get the x rays sent to our e mail and to our primary vet, in another city. We tried to get them for 2 weeks, and then finally did after 4 or 5 phone calls.. However, they did give us a disc that we requested with the xrays on it within a couple days, but when our primary vet looked at the disc, the xrays where from someone elses dog.We went to another vet in Idaho Falls, and got another x ray that showed clearly the bone cancer. At additional expense.. Everyone seemed professional and caring, but very dissaponted with the service and the price.
