Lost my dog whole Chart. And says he's never been there. What a joke. Then they keep moving his appointment.

they took my animal away to draw blood. didnt ask if they could first. my pet has anxiety around other and came back terrified. they charged me 77$ for ear infection medicine, that I not only didnt receive, but that my animal didnt need. when i told them about it they took the charge off and it took 8 business days to get the money back to my account. it cost me 150$ for a visit with 1 blood test.

In September 2018 my puppy got sick.. I didnt have the money to take her in for a complete exam. So i called and told them i get paid the next day but there is something wrong with my pup... If its just a cold or something like that she could wait till the next day but if its parvo she cant wait.. So how much to only have a parvo test done $40 so i got that together and took her in. They fit her in between appointments... And test came back positive for parvo... Very nice ladys.. So they keep her over night and gave her iv antibiotics and iv for hydration.. Said i could pick her up about 4ish the next day.. So i went the next day and picked her up... They were very concerned about my other 2 dogs and explained in detail what i needed to do for her and how to keep my other 2 safe.. I took her home and took special care of her for the next 6 weeks.. She is now almost 3 years old and wouldnt even know.. I was very happy with the female vet that was there... They saved my baby... I have moved away and im thinking of going back here in the next couple weeks to have her spayed.. I thought it would be pretty cool to take her back there so they can see her.. I even sent them pictures about 6 months after we left thanking them again for saving her life... And here are a couple pictures of my beautiful shadow girl..

This place rocks! I am a mother of 6 fur babies, every one of them have been cared for at Northgate. I hesitate to call them patients because the doctors and staff treat them more like friends or family. Everything from new puppy and kitten exams, spays and neuters, vacations, euthanasia, boarding and everything in between. I, and more importantly my pets, are always treated well in a personal and friendly environment. My dogs are always excited to walk through the door and even the cats don’t get stressed or bothered by needing to visit. The doctors are caring, confident and knowledgeable. They explain so I can understand and teach me how to help my animals thriving. The technicians and assistants are loving and gentle, they go above and beyond for me and my animals. I feel they treat my pets as if they were their own. My pets always seem comfortable and happy in their care. Even in an emergency the entire staff closely worked together, everyone knew what to do, kept their cool and saved a life. What a team! The receptionist always greats me with a smile and a calm, pleasant demeanor. I’m pretty sure she’s more excited to see my creatures, she lights up when I bring them in. I’ve never felt like I asked a stupid question and she goes out of her way to help me. She even knows who is who in my gang of 6 critters! It’s a comfortable and very personal experience for me and my babies. There is nowhere else I would consider going after receiving such honest care. The doctor is even on call for 24 hours! No more emergency room! Thank you to the doctors and staff at Northgate Animal Hospital, we love you.

Dr. Wyatt was absolutely amazing with our German Shepard. He fell ill and after taking him to another vet in town still feeling lost and not know what was wrong she gave us the peace of mind we needed. Also Natalie was amazing when we called got us in and taken care of! Thanks a bunch to this great team!

Took my sphynx to get declawed here and I was very impressed! Everyone was so friendly and took my concerns seriously. When my cat got home she started to bleed from her paws and they took her in to spend another night there so they could assure she was ok, free of charge! They even had a heat mat for her which she loved! She didn’t want to go home!! The vet also checked out an eye infection she had without charging an additional checkup fee. They really cared about my cat and were sad to see her leave! This place is both affordable and attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!????

I don't know why the poor reviews but every single time we have called with our sick animal they have been great about getting us in without a problem. They are very upfront with us and don't do anything without consulting us first giving that thing can get very pricey quick the staff is amazing and our animals have never had to go back after a this visit until another incident arises.. So I say yes this clinic deserve a five star rating because they are very caring and one of the few that do after hours.

I was very pleased with the care we got. Very friendly upon entering with smiles at the door. Our animals were very well taken care of while in their facility. No issues arised during or after the procedures of our animals. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely be taking all of my animals here. Thank you so much.

Updated review. Under new management. The vet, Abby, was nice and handled my can genitally. Making the shots and chip insertion painless. The lady at the counter was nice. The surprise was when I went to register the chip with HomeAgain. We …

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. My father took his one adult cat here in the past to get neutered, he ended up later forming a skin problem of plucking out his hair after being neutered, we thought nothing of it. But I know for a fact it happened after taking him here. Then today we took my fathers kitten to get neutered and he ended up dying from the anesthesia. I have mixed feeling about today. Felt a way off vibe when I took my father to see the cat dead, I usually go with my gut. I feel in a way they didn't know what they were doing or someone with little knowledge took the lead of administrating the anesthesia instead of the license vet, I don't know those are my feeling right off entering the room with my fathers dead cat. I appreciate the fact they were at least nice, they should be they messed up!! Anyone who cares deeply about their pet stay clear of this place, they are not professionals as they seem to think, take your pets to Broadway Vet instead, where they are fully experience in spaying and neutering even if it cost you extra $$$ We made the biggest mistake taking our cat here and them killing it, that's my opinion that they killed him, I think it was an error they made personally. They should be investigated and sued! A neutering death rate is 0.01% like winning the lottery the chances of death, explain how a perfect healthy 8 month old kitten died?!

Our Bella was not feeling well for 2 days. We called the clinic to see if we should be worried. They squeezed us in the afternoon and Dr. Coplin after an exam was able to determined what is wrong with her, prescribed some medication and special food. I always have lots of questions and he patiently explained and answered all of them. After a day he reached out to check on her. She was feeling better the very next day in the afternoon. What a relief and what a caring clinic. Thank you!

Dr. Stone is amazing bur they have these two new guys in there though that are aweful though. Don't care at all about your animal or you, just money hungry. Dr. Stone is retiring and almost never there.

We love Dr. Stone and his staff! He helped us prepare for a wonderful experience with our maltese puppy! Our dog Lucy and our pup Rosie adore him. We bred our Lucy girl and He helped us every step of the way. He always makes you feel like you are the most important pet while he is taking care of you. He loves animals and is direct and loving. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Stone and Joanna! We love them dearly!

Can't say enough good about Dr Stone and Joann!!!! We also have 3 generations going to him, and we have brought a total of 8 dogs to Dr. Stone. We will continue to do so. Other reviews call him blunt, I call it love for animals because he will tell you exactly what they need to not just survive but thrive. We love, love Northgate Vetrinary clinic. And Joann is awesome to work with. Our dogs also love to go because Dr Stone treats them like one of his own and gives them treats. Can't recommend them enough!

I'm a third generation client of Dr Stone and couldn't be happier. He's honest and blunt about my pets' health, and while sometimes this could be seen as mean it's really just him not dancing around the point. Joann, his secretary, comes …

I'm the third generation in my family to use Dr. Stone and have always been very pleased with the care my pets have received. He is always so patient and caring and always takes the time to let my dog get to know him before he begins his examination. He is never rushed and takes his time during our visits. It's great to know that whatever the problem is with my dog that he is going to get the best care possible. I'm so grateful to have such a caring and knowledgeable person taking care of my dog whatever problem arises. Concerning the people complaining about the receptionist Joann I agree that at times that she may come off as grumpy but she is only concerned about your pets and if that hurts your feelings so be it, she isn't there for you because you're not at a doctor's office for yourself you are at a veterinary clinic to care for your pets. She doesn't care how your feelings are because after all she is there to help ensure that your pets are getting the best care possible. That's what they are supposed to do so deal with it like a grownup and take it as constructive criticism so you can help your pet like you are supposed to. My son just moved back home from out of town and has two dogs that he is now taking to Dr. Stone so we continue on with a fourth generation now taking our pets to Dr. Stone. Thanks Dr. Stone for all you have done for us and our pets through the years. You are a great man as well as a great veterinarian.

The vet is a good doctor!!! He is very good both to the pet owners and the pets. The receptionist lady on the other hand... There is one, an older lady, and she is short with you and rude. I called to check out their rabies vaccination price (which is low) and it went something like this: me- "when do you have available time?" her - "well, what works for you?" Me - "uuummm, how about today?.." her - "oh no, I don't have anything until the week after." What??? Well, why even ask me about what works for me!! And it was like that with every question, made me feel stupid actually. So I ended up going to a more expensive place where everyone was respectful. The end.

Took my cat to get her neutered just yesterday, they didn't contact us for this, but when we picked her up the front desk lady said she had 6 kittens and I asked where they were and she said she got rid of them in the procedure.....i am very sad and mad about this. I picked up some medicine today and I told the lady that she should have called me, and her exact words were "I don't think there should be anymore cats in this world".... It was not her decision to make, what do I do.
