Melinda was excellent. She was quick, calm and friendly. My dog had never had his nails dremeled. She handled it like a pro and so did my dog. Highly recommend.

Owner doesn’t know how to handle dogs. Wouldn’t trust my dog with them completely unreliable, high chance they will call you to pick up your dog in the middle of your pets stay. Also an unsafe environment as they hang things on the kennel for dogs to chew on and pull things through.

Love this place! The groomer always does an amazing job and provides great customer service. I’ve never had an issue or complaint.

Spoiled dog is the only place I would trust with my two dogs. The staff takes time to get to know each dog ( and it's owners), so we all feel comfortable! Melinda is an artist at grooming. We have a standard poodle and she makes him look so pretty!

Loyal customer since before they opened their downtown eagle location. Never understood why my family chose to take our dog here because Melinda the owner is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Someone like this doesn’t deserve business from anyone. Our dog gained about 6 pounds while he was being kenneled there because they didn’t follow our feeding instructions. When we went to pick him up, Melinda berated us for our dog being overweight. He gains weight very easily and we have him on a consistent, healthy diet to keep it under control. It was really offensive being put down by someone we had paid SO much money, only to not follow our instructions and then shame us. Not only that, but after a grooming appointment, employees TIED a slip collar around my dogs throat, he could barely breathe when they brought him out to us. Point being, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not only is Melinda an unpleasant person, but they won’t exactly “spoil” your dog, either.

I took my dog here thinking it would be a nice place but the employees were rude to me and my pet. When I called to complain that my dog’s nails were too short they said it’s not their problem. If you provide a service and it’s not satisfactory you should have a refund. I’m also annoyed because it hurts my dog. Imagine if someone just cut off your nail and said “oopsie, that was your fault though.” Maybe their other services are better but I was displeased by the nail trimming and customer service.

I took my dog here and when they shaved her fur and they removed her skin off and was bleeding :(( i do not ever recommend taking your dog here was very heart breaking to see what they did to my dog. and after i got her back my dog was acting weird with me was hiding. broke my heart

Melinda and her team are AMAZING!!!! We took our two dogs there (golden doodle and golden retriever) regularly before they passed, and they always made them look and feel amazing! The best of the best groomer you will ever find.

I take my dog to Escape the Crate for daycare and boarding, it is such a nice facility compared to this dog factory. I can not imagine why someone would put their dog through the trauma and experience of going here. I would literally groom anywhere else but here. I have known the owner for a long time and has alot to do with my I would never ever go there.

We used this facility for both boarding and grooming for nearly three years. We were pretty neutral with the service provided, and overlooked a handful of concerns. This comment may be unfair to one or two of the employees because they seemed great. I would describe my last couple of visits as unprofessional.

This place is fantastic! We took our dog to Melinda and she didn't outstanding job. They have great pricing and got our dog in and out. Definitely recommend.

Jordan is the ONLY groomer I will ever go to. He is incredible and treats our dogs like they are his own.

My grandma brought her dog here, and Jordan was his groomer. When my grandma picked her dog up she said her dog was crying in pain, and was having trouble standing. After taking him to the vet, he had a herniated disk, which he did not have prior to being left there. The vet said this was as a result of a traumatic movement, or being jerked around roughly. The owner claims that they did nothing wrong, but that’s clearly a crock. The poor dog had to have surgery. The owner refuses to take responsibility for any wrongdoing, and this poor dog has had to suffer abuse at the hands of irresponsible people. Absolutely disgusting.

I was recommended here by a friend who's dog was always groomed so cute. I tried it with our shi tzu, Harley, and loved how great he looks. We have gone back several times and have never been disappointed. Our groomer, Beth, is fast and very easy to communicate with about what you want done. Prices are comparable to the area and the location is clean. They also offer daycare and boarding. Highly recommend.

Our dog Gabe LOVES visiting here. He is a standard poodle and they do an amazing job grooming him. Plus, we take him early so he has time to play with dogs being boarded.

Everything was exceptional for pampering your 4-leged friend.

one star because I can not leave a zero. This is an at your own risk place to take your best friend. I would not leave my worst enemies dog with the rude condescending owner of this place. Your dogs are at risk here of sickness and poor treatment.

The groomers here are fantastic. Always do a great job. But the owner is nuts. She is selfish and inconsiderate human. She treats her employees like dirt. I have seen it first hand myself. I do not know how they put up with her. There are so many more pet salons out there to take your furry friends to. Still come here because of the groomers but give big tips to your groomer or the owner Malinda will steal the money for herself.

Friendly staff, clean, organized, and our dog loves to go there.

I took in my dog for nail trimming and the groomer treated my dog poorly. She didn't even try to make him feel comfortable she took his leash and dragged him all the way in my dog was frightened. I don't think that's the way you treat a dog in order to get it done. She then told me to come back another day because my dog was "bity" but he is not like that she just scared him. We then took him to petco and they greeted him well and the lady said my dog was very good and so sweet and I was also watching the whole time and she was gentle and the groomer at spoiled dog wasn't.

Lori is quite the professional and did a wonderful job grooming my Shih Tzu.

Convenient place. It's starting to feel a little pricey though.

Melinda and team have always been kind, professional and loving to our canine family member. We would not trust anyone else, period.
