All Valley Pet Clinic at Emerald Boise, Idaho

They gave me the wrong date for my appointment to get my cat neutered. When I showed up this morning, instead of being polite and trying to remedy the situation the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She clearly hates her job and I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my pets there so I told them to cancel any appointment I had and that I'd go somewhere else. If they treat their customers like this, I can only imagine how they treat the animals that they are supposed to care for.

Great pet clinic! The staff are all obvious pet lovers and want to take such good care of the animals. They are friendly and kind the people as well. Affordable too. Highly recommend!

THEY ARE AWESOME.THEY HAVE SO MANY EXTRAS TO GIVE YOUR PET, WHO IS YOUR FAMILY, A GREAT EXPERIENCE. MY DOG HAD NEVER BEEN BOARDED BEFORE AND SHE'S QUITE ELDERLY.I WAS WORRIED. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BE CONCERNED. SHE WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY. I COULD TELL THAT THROUGH THE PHOTOS THEY SENT TO MY PHONE.THANK YOU ALL VALLEY...LOVE YA.

I had to bring my kitty in as a walk in to check for a UTI. I got there when they opened and I was in my way out in an hour. Fastest I've ever gotten in and out as a walk in. They took the time to talk to me about things and didn't rush me so it was a good visit. Thanks.

Best vet and vet techs in the Treasure Valley! We were going to their location at Federal Way but the customer service and flexibility of the Emerald Street clinic absolutely exceeds that of the Federal Way clinic. There was a particular vet tech with a love for Pitbulls and when we brought in our rescued pitty she taught us so much about providing the best care. We will always call All Valley at Emerald our main vet, as long as we're here!

Lady at the front desk was very rude. She over charged me despite the quote I was given.

I cannot recommend the Emerald location enough!! We go out of our way to schedule at this branch rather than going to a closer location because of the staff. Bobbi and Dr. Marji are worth waiting for an open appt time!!!

We have taken our animals to other places in the past and finally found a good clinic. The staff is great, they care about their patients, and are always good at making time for our pets when things get busy.

The people at the front desk where amazing and helpful. I was told the vet would do a full scan to see where the ticks were on my dog, and she only asked where I saw them. She only took the 3 I pointed out, and didn’t look over my dog. I found 3 more ticks on my dog and removed them. Terrible service from the vet.

Great place to have your fur-babies looked at. Doctors are very knowledgeable and the staff is super friendly to humans and the animals. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this vet. My fur baby has been part of their clinic for 4-5 years and they have never let me down. They are always prompt on getting my little guy in for check ups when needed. Recently they did have to deliver bad news and the staff was sweet to comfort me. They allowed me to come back after calming down and answered all my questions while showing me how to properly care for my cat. I will always be part of this clinic for any pet I own. All of my friends and family go to this vet for their animal needs. Wonderful, reliable, honest vet with a fantastic staff.

A two minute visit to put drops in my dog's ear cost $250. I didn't get to speak with the doctor or vet tech. Worst service ever!!!

We take all our pets to all Valley and in the years of having pets and going to vets I WOULD NEVER GO anywhere else now. The people from the front desk to the Dr. Are all extremely nice and caring. They are prompt when you have an appointment, they make sure you understand what is going on with your pet at and what you can expect after your visit.
